The game is a considerable step up from AFL 23. A few suggestions. Set shots are great. In general play though CPU/User scores under pressure consistently, I feel like even a 70/30 balance would be better. Player needs to be rewarded to applying pressure in some instances (not always) Trade logic obviously needs to be tweaked. I’ve seen CPU trading away first round picks for fringe players. CPU needs to utilise longer kicks more often. They seem to use short kicks majority of the time some don’t even travel 5M and are paid a mark. Overall though I don’t regret my purchase thus far and had a good time playing last night which is all we ask for as fans. Look forward to what the future holds for the game. ---

So this issue, where the game AI will not continue when meeting certain conditions, will be addressed as soon as possible. This means that a Steam update will be first as they are much faster than the consoles, as soon as we can get it through the networks. Don’t currently have a direct ETA but this is our direct priority right now. ---

The ability to play a man behind the ball is great I’m playing a career as North Melbourne and I put Jack Darling who was my Forward pocket a kick behind the ball and he was in the right spot more often than not and it opened my forward line up a bit more too. I also found that tagging was reasonably effective Wardlaw kept the Bont to 7 disposals for a 5 min Quarter match. I still lost the game but found the new tactics are a great tool ---

Love the game huge step up from 23 love how detailed management mode is.. would just love to be able to see Injury list for every team (or is that possible and I just can’t see it?) would be good to know who your playing what injuries they have ---

Post-patch your my player still slows down when leading for the ball after someone has kicked it to you. Making it impossible to play as a full forward ---

Ok I got the AI glitch… but it happened twice in my game then AI went back to playing normally. Good to hear there’s a proposed fix for it though. ---

Gameplay is really good, can tell there’s been a lot of effort put in, game flows much better than 23, great job Big Ant! The content in pro team is great, but my mates and I are already smashing through the ladder leaders and objectives, is asking for even more crazy?
