I just used the Scott Pendlebury card 
Easiest-coach battles viewed the lowest ranked user teams (refreshed if teams didn’t suit) and who ever had a s*** small ruckman, pretty sure it was a midfielder too and got them pretty easy
Theory was I was still get possessions too to grind the touches you need
