i play ps5 and i have lots of issues i must of got the demo version
Could you list some issues that youâre having? I wanna see if I have the same or not as many or more etc.
What state is the game in right now? I have seen mixed reviews and I want to know if it is worth buying and when? I am on Xbox Series X which from what I have heard the Xbox version is really buggy and just broken
Wait until you see people talking about it once the patch comes out. For some reason Microsoft didnât allow the day 1 patch to be released on Xbox which has caused some problems. Should be coming out within the next week.
Anyone know how to add a svg image into the game? The game says my files are too large or have too many points. I want to use the image as a logo..

In mgt mode, if you go to:
team mgt > coaching & player development > player coaching > select any player > development
You can basically max out a playerâs stats - everyone either has 325 or 425 points which is heeeeaps
Just played a mate online for about 3 hours and I havenât had this much fun with an AFL game since evo 1. Well done Big Ant

Skeeta and I actually ended up matching against each other recently and we smashed out a few games. He won the first one then I dominated the second.

Can you not just compress the size of your image?
I want to enjoy this game, I really do.
But in what world should the fanbase accept that a game is released for $90-$100 when the AI stops working after 5 minutes? I donât have many other issues or complaints about the game and I do appreciate the detailed game modes etc. However, this glitch alone puts the game in an unplayable state.
If youâre someone telling others to be patient about patches, just see it from their point of view first. We have just forked out hard earned $$ to play and having a functioning AI is a bare minimum.

Whatâs everyoneâs tactic when playing as bombers? I start Martin in foward then have him as my spare behind the ball at the contest
I hope AFL 26 eventually adds more manual controls especially for manually aim for handball, set shots and shots at goal on the run.
In saying that, Iâd love to see goal kicking on the run work like this:
Hold Circle (PS5) to power up the kick. The player can choose the amount of power.
At the same time, a goalpost meter appears (could be at the bottom of the screen, for example).
In the same window where the player is powering up, use the left stick to manually aim using the goal meter. ( I feel like this would lessen the accuracy of goals on the run, especially with such a short amount of time to aim, and aiming will get easier depending on the distance you are from the goal and the angle, which is the same right now with the timing-only system.) put the onus back to the player - more manual control = more fun
The goalposts meter dynamically adjusts based on your position and angle to the goal and the aiming marker will start. depending on where you are facing.
adjusting the aim marker will also move your player when charging up the kick.
Sprinting or being tackled affects the accuracy of the kick.
The ball will curve based on the wind, player skill, and pressure.
This would add more skill to goal kicking, making it more rewarding and challenging. It could elevate the experience of kicking on the run, which I feel is too easy and overpowered.
but yeah fix the AI issue and patches first - Big ant has introduced new systems after launch before - manual kick with Hud and even the on the run goal kicking. (began with a power metre with a blue line to determine accuracy - before switching to the goal post)

Playing my first game at the moment on PS5, having a great time. Have found a bug tho, sometimes when the AI has a kick in after I have scored a behind, they donât move and then just run forward leading to holding the ball.
