Check out the Guide section at the bottom of the menu when you enter Pro Team, it’s all there.

Premiership Challenge is the online mode.

Haven’t noticed yet but is there the possibility of concussion injury as a result of a big bump, dangerous tackle or specky mark knock?

Amazing, thanks for that mate.

Does anyone else struggle to read the text from their couch?

I find the menu text really small, gonna have a look to see if I can vamp up the text size so I can see lol

I know you can evade or fend off before you get tackled but can you actually break the tackle after contact has been made?

No one has answered you because we don’t know, if you haven’t realised big ant aren’t laying out a road map of what we expect to see and no one has the inside word so answers would be a guess. If it’s really your biggest issue try submitting a ticket asking the question

I made a logo for my Pro Team, be cool if you could get a card that was ‘Custom Emblem’ so we could use them too

You need to wait until the last split second to commit to mark. One thing I really like is that positioning also has a huge influence. Man in front has the advantage typically, like real football. As does kicking out in front of a player.

Stats and height have a big influence too. McGovern is a gun at intercept marks in the game. Liam Ryan has a great marking ability but loses out to bigger opponents. Sam Draper kills me, but his kicking skills are terrible in game.

Something I’ve found disappointing is that Big Ant have gone away from dynamic lighting they’ve had in their cricket games, which was one aspect I thought very impressive. Shadows would move across the ground over time, and lighting would change. It seems like the shadows and lighting for a twilight game doesn’t change for the duration of a game. I could be wrong, but I haven’t noticed it. Even if the second half of a twilight game was played at night.

Speaking of shadows, arvo and twilight games are hard to track ball and player movement because none of Big Ant games seem to take into account the penumbra effect. Shadows are too defined and the contrast between being in and out of a shadow is too absolute. Many other sports games do this much better - eg: FIFA, where the edge of shadows is much softer and realistic.

Do we know how up to date Xbox is? It would be great to know what to expect / patch notes would be really handy.

Big time. Not all of us have 75" TVs. The instructions in the tutorials are tiny. They could easily be twice the size, if not more, and still fit comfortably.

tackling in this game is so cooked it actually ruins the game

Need online stability patch for Xbox as it’s so laggy and glitches
