What quarter length does everyone play on for realism?
On NBA 2K I have it set for full 12 minute quarters but then normally only play the start and end and Sim the rest. That would be a sick option.
Definitely agree that the career side of things is missing the āsimulate rest of matchā is a feature that career mode games NEED

Like I know a live Sim that you can drop in and out of might be a bit complicated but it works pretty well in cricket 24 (obviously very different games)

Need? Itād be nice but the are really challenging to make if you donāt have the design supplied flat on a table.
For a custom mod. they are really hard as each dot is essentially 4 nodes and you only get 400 per logo. BigAnt would find it much easier with their JPG guernseys/
I got a classup of a Sydney Swans 2025 guernsey and there are so many dots on it. Also, clubs seem to release them just before Sr Doug Nicholls Round so unless BigAnt is in the know, then it would be challenging. It seems most clubs are doing a new one each year too.

Yeah for sure. As a Graphic Designer who works specifically in Apparel on Football Jumpers, Indigenous Jumpers as beautiful as they are, take the most amount of work. Plus there would also be legalities with each induvial artist that drew the artwork for the jumper which I would guess is the main reason theyāre not included

Yeah agreed. AI is way off balance. Not only with what you mentioned but other issues like tackling opponents not sticking, they get kicks away while being tackled that end up being pin point passes to team mates ! If Iām being tackled, I either turn it over or get pinged for incorrect disposal. When AI has the momentum you fumble everything and are powerless to stop them from scoring. Changing the AI settings doesnāt seem to help much either. This is my experience with Pro Team atm

Some suggestions, as this doesnāt really happen in my case. Perhaps @dont_argue04 can weigh in too, as he plays a lot of Pro Team.
Tackles not sticking - make sure you hold the tackle button in until the whistle blows otherwise youāre releasing the tackle and it allows the opposition to get rid of the ball.
When youāre about to be tackled, use the clearance kick or even the quick goal kick buttons, theyāre much more effective than winding up the meter to kick, thatās when you get pinged htb. Thereās a slider that will also help with this on normal field kicking (@shlev is your best bet there).
Beating the AI in their forward line - pay close attention as the marking contest develops and direct the punch AWAY from the aiās player at the drop of the ball. If they gain possession the smother button and or smother/tackle combo is pretty effective (this was mentioned yesterday) and in some cases the bump button works as well. It wonāt stop them in 100% of cases but on the flip side they canāt stop us hit up a perfect lead either.
Manage your sprint button to help with fatigue - this will help with less fumbles as youāll get to the contest with more space and time.
Donāt be afraid to drop down a difficulty level until you master certain areas of the game, especially in Pro Team. All of our teams are pretty lowly rated at this stage, both individually and collectively as a team.

You are right @Border I do play a lot of PT 
(Probably too much if you ask the missus lol)
The game does need attention in some areas of gameplay and I know it can be frustrating but these things can be touched up by the team in upcoming patches. Based off my personal skill level I donāt have any issues playing against the current AI.
When it comes to me playing PT and gameplay in general it is just second nature to me when controlling my players, Iām definitely not perfect but being able to anticipate a kick/handball is my biggest advantage and Iād suggest working at that.
Being able to use players off ball, a kick down field not only does it help to intercept kicks but gives you a better chance to get across and spoil.
A bonus tip if you double tap R2 as your player is running to guard the mark, you can actually pull him away from standing on it, which is massive when you want to be able to play the above mentioned style.
Also learn to smother effectively!!
If you can refrain your self from turning the games into a train track type of game (kick up and down) youāll find you can move the ball pretty freely to avoid some of the issues you guys have.
Iād definitely look at trying to use control settings such as
- manual player switching
- Semi assisted contest assisted movement
^^^ this is one I want to see given a option to have no assistance, it would give us for control over taking who we want to the stoppages rather then being dragged in with their programming on that control - Kick targeting (with manual hub)
^ this one id love to see come to the handball animation as well ( it would be on my personal priority list(
As mentioned timing is everything but also player stats positioning.
Without looking at your specific Pro Team lists the players you are running around with are going to make a difference compared to playing regular āplay nowā
Iām going to be that guy and keep my cards close to my chest on this one but I do tackle differently to how others have suggested and it works for me, maybe itās right maybe I look into it too much. Iād only say once you make a tackle hold your buttons down to prevent the ai thinking they are free and can kick or hand ball away.
If I ever decide to stream my gameplay Iāll be sure to let you know as seeing how I play against the better players out there you would probably learn a lot rather than button bashing and getting frustrated.
Anyway keep it up lads, games going strong. Loving PT atm I just need @JNT_BA and the crew to add some more objectives in as Iāve only got a few base ones to go
