Anyone noticed if the stamina issues in management mode have been rectified? Players would lose a heap of stamina game to game, where as the AI was seemingly unaffected. The only way of retaining stamina week to week was to set all training to recovery or rest.
Even a few options like AFL99 - both teams select prior to bounce. Almost like a set play (like Madden and CFB)

Can anyone tell me if you can tackle the ai yet without them handballing or kicking out of it every time??? Literally been an un/fixed issue for 3 years since AFL 23. Even when tackle effectiveness is set to 100, and ball spillage is set to 0

Played a few games post patch - really like how it’s more difficult to play on and kick a goal after the mark has been set. Will definitely be much riskier to do so now, probably best to go into the set shot routine.
Also - anyone notice the crosshairs shape to aim a set shot has changed? It’s a better representation of how the aim is up and down now.
they need to fix ai kicking in after a point, always turn it over

can easily Icon switch to a loose player and drop them into the hole and get a intercept mark in forward 50
This has been said a few times now - hold down tackle until the whistle is blown. If anything I find there’s too many stoppages and I will let go to free the game up more.
I think the actual issue with tackling is not whether the player or AI can get the ball out, but more in terms of how strong the kick or handball is that gets out.
i think the devs in one of the videos pre-launch were like reduction in stoppages were a focus of the game and more spills after a tackle - it is just spilling out unnaturally and beachball like. having balls spill out is great to keep the game flowing - but not when it looks like one of those high bounce balls.
And one other thing to come from it is the recovery rate of the player tackling
you get a tackle in - AI spills the pill - the player who laysthe tackle TAKES AGES to get up and recover - Yes I can switch to another player but the recovery time is wayyyyyyyyyyyy toooooooooo longggggggggg
I feel like this has most definitely been toned down in the latest patch.
