Part of me feels that @JNT_BA should always say yes so he can see if there is an uptake in positive or negative comments
Guys Iāve been playing since release played nearly 70 pro team games Iām 3rd on ladder 47 losses and 15 wins I know thatās pretty bad⦠But Iām still ranking up, and in online mode Iām 19 wins 9 losses finding the game fun based on that online mode win record how are you all going and any connectivity bugs in online for you guys too or is this just me, it happens like once in every 10 games but I donāt know lol

Iām 4th on the Premiership Challenge Ladder and thatās with mostly Golds and some Emerald, Sapphire and Diamond players. I have a positive Win/Loss record and have beaten some players full of Emeralds and Sapphires lol
So Iāve versed a PC player in pro team for first time since that goal freeze after a goal and youād have to wait for someone to forfeit to win and it back Iām versing a player on steam Iām Xbox and it happens after the 4th goal is this happening only when itās against PC users?

AI still needs work and honestly it really kills fast free flowing gameplay. With how many players are on the field at any one time and really no set positions it is a hard task to program I guess
Frustrations arise when your ai teammates arenāt making the leads you want, bunching up etc.
Time to allow more player agency?
Reckon ability to dictate off ball runs might solve the issue. (most of the time, you are playing as a team, but right now you can only control one player at a time, there are 17 other players potentially you should be able to control in some way, as a player we really shouldnt have to rely on the AI all the time to make the runs you want - giving the player MORE control I think would only benefit the players and the game)
This can be achieved by something like
R1 + right stick flick (or equivalent). * Left joystick to help dictate where the lead-up comes from or where the overlap run is directed.
Flick forward towards goal to call a teammate to make overlap run
Ball in half-back line ā flick towards wing ā tell wingman to run wide and open up
Ball in half-forward ā flick towards yourself ā signal for a lead up
This gives the user a micro-control over specific players off-ball and allows the player to control where the ai runs to when they donāt do it themselves.
Obviously team tactics is still a thing and this quick ai manual direct cancels after 1 or 2 possessions. This will be just a quick way to fix ai not running or moving where you want them do.
I like playing a heavy kicking game with a lot of short passes and sometimes waiting for the ai to move where I want them to (if they ever) is damn frustrating

Loving the game so far, one thing I have noticed is players stamina in manager mode seems to drain much quicker than AI teams
I have tried setting auto subs and auto training thinking maybe it was a problem with my interchange strategy or midweek training schedule but it doesnāt seem to help. By the fourth Q I cant get the lead on opponents due to fatigue.

@JNT_BA , Is there a plan to bring those poached players onto the AFL lists?
With Pro Team, when I select my Home and Away jumpers, the opposition always wears the away jumper I select out of my own Jumpers.
Can we not play against other clubs jumpers, is it only out of our jumpers we have?
@JNT_BA hey, on pro teams I was wondering how many cards you can hold? Also is it worth holding cards for future objectives?
In AFL23 there were most definitely card specific objectives, some of us found out the hard way when they popped up and weād already quick sold the card . I donāt think there was a limit to how many we could hold either.
Up to you to decide that, I hold on to as many individual players as I can. For when/if those specific objectives come up. Of course, there are ones that could require a specific variant, like we did in some seasons in 23. But Iām also a collector, so I donāt often drop my cards on my personal account. On my internal one, whatever no big deal. But my own Steam one, nope, I keep them all cause I canāt get them back.
For Pro Team jumpers⦠if playing the AI modes (Coach Battles, Ladder Leaders) the team will wear whatever jumper they have assigned⦠so you need to choose one that avoids matching theirs.
For multiplayer modes, you can choose what they wear on your screen (they might choose something different on their screenā¦it doesnāt matter)⦠where you can choose between your three jumpers⦠OR you can choose āAutoā which is whatever the other user has selected.
Unfortunately you canāt see what that is until you enter the game, so you run the risk of choosing a clashing jumper.
Iāve previously requested if you could see their three jumpers too⦠so you have 6 to choose from for them (your 3 and their 3). Which would be pretty cool, as you could see more jumpers that are possible, and make it feel like each game is different.
Yeah that would be great if you could choose out of their jumpers.
I might even run the risk on Auto just so i can the different range of jumpers other teams are wearing.
The first lot of games i was like wow everyone has the same jumpers as me⦠haha

Absolutely. Carrying that banner out there can be pretty heavy. Especially after all the ballet work required to walk the tape
