Does anyone know what coaching influence actually does? It dosent seem to upgrade the players or boost them in any way

Is it possible to have automatic interchanges? I can’t work out how to turn it on.
We wanted injuries and I get them first quarter every game.
on xbox my players just get fatuiged and training recovery and rest doesnt make a difference,
Do you use the manual interchange?
Also I didn’t change the training schedule at the start and the players start off not fatigued at the start of a new game.
