Coach career for AFL 26

I also find that if you don’t ‘over kick’ it, that works too.

You’d be surprised that when you are in 50, you don’t need to ramp it up to 100% to make the distance. Therefore the lesser you do, the larger the end target is.

is it possible to get sacked?

Is there a way to like have a fantasy draft. So i can make custom teams and draft who i want

Good on you bro some of us play it how it is on hard when the game was released and didn’t realise either you could adjust the sides to your liking.

But say that ive gotten better now playing the game without the slider’s and my young fella as well.

I only say it like that because you’ve been in the sliders chat with me for over a month now.

And yep some people do play default difficulty but then they’re also the same people who complain the game is too hard/easy

I’m reposting this in here after finding the thread. As a big fan of sports sims I love the aspect of being able to control and manage what happens behind the scenes and on the field. I’m a player that spends more time in the managing and customising aspect compared to playing the game. I have just started a new team management career with a custom roster placing my created player into a team, and I’m interested to see if the players actually level up and how that exactly works.

I have simulated two seasons and adjusted coaching influence and training for a few players to see if they would level up but there was no change in player ratings or overall ratings. Am I missing something and am I doing something wrong?

Those that enjoy team management, what have you done to improve players overall ratings or is it broken. I have also noticed that some players that aren’t under contract, and refuse contracts after I have made an offer will suddenly have a year contact added after refusal. I end up with more players than I need on my list
