Hey Team,
Huge fan of all the Cricket games you have released. Thank you for all of your efforts so far!
I do have a simple request that i’d like to see in cricket 26, could we please have the ability to change grip colours on Bats? And maybe the ability to change bats on licensed players.
Thanks again for everything guys!
Rain system and effect
Please add rain in weather system that interrupt match and when starts ball is more swings and spin something like that because rain effects pitch even in test match sometime match not starts on that day it will go on next day or white ball also same sometime match starts sometime not Even after match starts add dls method pitch is covered and when match starts ground is wet this also effects the ball. And in tournament final or semifinals some time rain interrupts whole match that date is also extende but sometimes only in tournament final or semifinals
reverse swing
Reverse swing add in bowling panel in test match reverse swing starts around 50,60 over and in limited over around 35 to 40 that’s feature is more interesting to play when reverse starts.
Slow ball
This feature added but some improvement when ever we bowls slow ball it’s not look like slow ball speed is also same and metre is also that’s look like not real please improve
Realistic commentary , cut scenes and stats
Some realistic commentary add because it’s boring to listen always same thing please add real commentators and realistic commentary Add 50,100 Wicket and normal more cut scenes when ever any batsman cross milestone that’s announce by commentators and shown in big screen Add some realistic stats of players and team like India vs Australia match we play head to head teams ,Virat Kohli came to bat or Steve Smith came to bat how much run, hundreds, fifty scores, average in first batting or chasing against the team and also how many fifty hundred or score, average While first batting or chasing on ground where we play, And any bowlers came to bowling Some rivalry like how much batsman scores against the bowler how much time bowler can get wickets of the batsman and that’s all thing time to time commentators also tell us in different ways in different match.Dug out also not so real because no players or coach is sitting in dugout add this next player who came batting in next place he is also sit some cut scenes of the batsman when he wear bat or ready commentators also say that next player is ms Dhoni or Virat Kohli which batsman is coming in next place that’s name or same stats and not in same time like wicket falls and commentators say that that time he says obviously but some time earlier. In test match when we declare some cut scenes in dressing room captain is showing hand to declare or when captain is batting any 12th man came to say that coach is telling for declare and not players says only add cut scenes and commentators explaining. this feature is some time in break time coach or captain is came to ground and give instructions to players for how to play next few overs and commentators explaining that.
This is some details and features is more exciting to play and gamers not bored to play always please add this feature that’s is request but please add this.
Hello Big Ant Studios,
I am a huge fan of cricket and a passionate player of your games since Cricket 19. I truly enjoy the experience you provide, but I would like to share some suggestions and feedback for Cricket 26 which I believe can make it the best cricket game ever.
1. Series and Tournament Context Commentary
When playing a series or tournament, the commentary should reflect the context of the matches. For example, if it is the first match of the series, commentators should mention that. If a team is about to win the series or level it, this should also be highlighted. Similarly, in tournaments, commentators should say things like, “This is the second/third group stage match and this team must win to qualify for the semi-final.” Also, when a team qualifies for the semi-final or final, the commentators should react accordingly. This will give players a real “broadcast feel” while playing.
2. Energetic, Authentic Commentary with Multiple Commentators
The commentary should feel more energetic and react according to the moment. For example, more excitement during big sixes, wickets, last-over finishes, or finals. To improve variety, at least 4 professional commentators should be included, such as Ian Smith, Ian Bishop, Michael Atherton, Greg Blewett, Mark Nicholas, and other top Australian commentators. A proper rotation system would make it realistic, like in a T20 match where the first 10 overs are covered by one pair of commentators, and the remaining overs by another pair. This rotation will make the commentary fresh and authentic.
3. Custom Scorecard Overlay Creation Tool
A very exciting feature would be to allow creators to design and edit their own scorecard overlays (like Star Sports India, PTV Sports, SuperSport, Sky Sports, Fox Cricket, etc.). Players could customize fonts, colors, logos, and layout styles. Even better, these overlays could be shared in the community workshop so others can download and use them. This would give a true broadcast experience and also make the community more engaged.
4. Optimization and Smooth Gameplay
In Cricket 19 and Cricket 22, players could adjust the graphics and resolution according to their PC specs and enjoy smooth gameplay. However, in Cricket 24, optimization issues made the game lag even at lower settings. For Cricket 26, please ensure proper optimization so that players with any system specs can adjust settings and still achieve 60+ FPS. Smoothness is very important for the overall experience, and we hope you will give this priority.
—
In Conclusion:
I hope you will consider these suggestions to make Cricket 26 the best cricket title ever. Fans like me have high expectations, and I truly believe you can deliver an authentic, smooth, and exciting cricket experience.

Hey Big ant studio
You can make great cricket26 if you want it would not be hard
Please add all bowling action of legend player brett lee, dale styen , glenn mcgrath , M Johnson, S Tait, M morkel, zaheer khan, Glispee etc
Players from 2000 to 2015 Add all players stances and all shots because this is the main core thing for a real cricket fan to enjoy this game
why you guys don’t thinking about this core things
I hope you will give us this all features
All the best for cricket 26
Love the cricket games
Can we have a mangaer career similar to afl games where you manage a team and select a team and have to select sides and you can play and spectate. If you can you create a team that starts at club and they can work their way into leagues and make something a bit fancy
Realistic career mode selection
You can get 2 100s in a row but no selection happens and if you have bad peformances you lose status
Realistic bowling times
I set myself to a batting all rounder but ill bowl 10 overs in a 50 over game. You could add a part time role so you might not bowl in t20s
Dont make spinners bowl in the 2 over in a one day game
Any others details to make it feel like a different game
Love the stuff

Create a manager mode
You might start at a club team then if youre team is going good you go to a state team and then coach multiple trams and international
My Suggestion for Career Mode:
There should be patched available to update the WTC Cycle and Series+ICC Events in real mode through BigAnt Studios Server (can be paid if required as it will certainly boost the Game Subscriptions.
Suggestion regarding Manager Mode:
After a certain period of Career Mode Play, say 15-20 years where after every year completion from 15-20 a input option be provided to the gamer to go to Manager Mode through the U-19 to National Team Level Qualification Stages.
Fielding Positions to be provided for maximum number of inputs as possible.
Attachment for Reference:
Also if possible all pleayers should be customizable as (Normal Position - 2 fts, Normal Position, Normal Position + 2 feets)
Career Mode.
Customise Players within your career mode Players & Teams and Stadiums.
I would actually like to customise players in career mode from the rookies symptoms at club level who you play with long side your cricketing journey.
I’ve been asking or this for a long time. The names used for players in the club league especially, drives me insane. 75% of those names we have never heard of in South Africa. And then having 3 club level players with Bumrah’s action and half of the guys having ponytails, just annoys me. I actually enjoy the start at club level, but seeing all of this, then I just want to level up as soon as possible and get out of the club league.
Even if we can only do basic edits to generated players, like name changes, appearance and actions.
Yes new career and ipl auction mode plz
New toss animations: captain should flip the coin, licensed commentators model should be there
Fielding improvement
Dynamic Weather and DLS
Different outfield for different countries
Add option of custom HUD, so we can add it like logos
Winning celebration and cut scenes
Commentators cut scenes
Coaches / team manager cut scenes, allow us to create coach model like custom umpires
Dressing room cut scenes
Need different shots for different type of players. Add special shots such as ramp shot, switch hit, scoop
Real bowling actions of all licensed bowlers
Improvement of AI
Custom Umpires jerseys
Signature celebration of licensed players like Shaheen Afridi, Pat Cummins, Jofra Archer
@JNT_BA @RossSymons please have a look and don’t ignore
1.team dugout with coach & team players.
2.commentary box with commentators, showing commentators.
3.player injuries.
4.Showing sixes in meters in replay.
5.Fix sixes in the big wheel.
6.showing big sixes out of the stadium.
7.Man of the Match award. improve final winner celebrations.
8.Improve bat sound, ball hitting the middle, toe, and edge.
9.Realistic ball speed in MPH.
10.improve celebrations for half centuries, centuries, and wickets.
11.Six-hitting challenge.
12.Bowling challenge, hitting the stumps.
BC Place Stadium!
I’ve been cricket fan and player of this series sense the Don Bradman days.
Anyway, I live in Vancouver and went every day to the Canada Super60.
The Boundaries! Wow haha just playing on an oversized football field, the straight on shot was like 40m? I scoffed at first, but the tournament was very entertaining!
Having a stadium like that would be fun! The turf was different too. It has that fake arty-grass stuff, not like the hard artificial style turf. And the hybrid drop-in pitch is a mixture of that fake grass mixed with clay.
But yeah, I thought it would just be high scoring affairs but we saw many hit under 100, but there was a 206. And Guptill and Smeed with 141 partnership! Then the final was just a 70 run target!
I know it’s too late, but to create a realistic cricket game, the following features must be considered:
1. Rain + DLS Method
-Real weather interruptions, Duckworth–Lewis–Stern adjustments, wet pitch behavior.
It includes:
• Dynamic rain: light drizzle, heavy downpour, match delays, covers coming on.
• Realistic DLS targets with mid-innings calculations.
• Wet ball affects grip → spinners struggle, seamers get less control.
This would make every limited-overs game unpredictable — just like real cricket.
2. Proper Player Physiques
Body models that match real players (Azam Khan, Rohit Sharma, Warner, Bumrah etc.)
It includes:
• Introduce Body-type editor sliders (height, muscle, fat %, posture).
• Real-life scanning for licensed players.
• Motion-matched animations for each body type (Azam’s stance ≠ Kohli’s stance).
No more generic “same-body” models.
3. New Commentators & Realistic Voice Lines
Fresh, modern voices with emotion.
It includes:
• Add regional commentators (Ravi Shastri, Nasser Hussain, Ramiz Raja style).
• Reactions that depend on pressure, milestones, dropped catches.
• Real-time crowd + mic’d-up player chatter mixed in.
Immersion level = FIFA / FC 24.
4. Realistic Celebrations
Unique celebrations like in FC 26.
It includes:
• Signature ones (e.g., Kohli’s roar, Shaheen’s spread-arm pose, Stokes’ fist pump).
• Team celebrations after big wins (lift trophy, dressing-room cutscenes).
• Unlockable celebrations for career mode.
5. Proper Iconic Shots & Bowling Styles
Real animations and variety.
It includes:
• Signature shots: Kohli cover drive, Buttler scoop, AB reverse sweep.
• Bowling run-ups: Bumrah’s stutter, Starc’s sprint, Rashid’s action.
• Player-specific timing windows for authenticity.
6. Pressure Situations / Momentum System
The thrill of real high-stakes cricket.
It includes:
• Introduce a confidence or pressure meter that shifts with match context.
• Nervous players make mistakes; composed players perform better.
• Commentary + crowd + vibration feedback during tense overs.
7. Crowd Reactions
Stadiums that come alive.
It includes:
• Home vs away crowd dynamics.
• Flags, chants (“Pakistan Zindabad!” / “India! India!”).
• Wave animations, boos, cheers, pitch invasion celebrations.
Brings pure atmosphere.
8. Sledging & Concussion Events
Player interactions that feel human.
It includes:
• Sledging cutscenes / voice taunts (like “good leave, mate”).
• Concussion rules: replacement comes in, medical check animation.
It’d make matches alive, not robotic.
9. Real Injuries
Players can get injured realistically.
It includes:
• Career injuries (hamstring, shoulder, back) → miss next match.
• On-field limping or physio scenes.
• Training load affecting risk — just like real sports sims.
10. Realistic Toss, Press Conferences, Media Presentation in Career Mode
A full-fledged presentation layer.
It includes:
• Cinematic toss with interviews.
• Post-match pressers with dialogue choices.
• Newspaper/social-media headlines after big performances.
Adds personality and story.
11. Open-World Career Mode
Live like a real cricketer, not just play matches.
It includes:
• Free-roam dressing room, gym, nets, media day.
• Choose endorsements, manage contracts, travel, interact with teammates.
• Story mode progression like FIFA “The Journey” or NBA 2K MyCareer.
This would make Cricket 26 the definitive career experience.
12. Auction/Draft
Auction drafts in leagues like the IPL, PSL, and The Hundred create more fun and realism.
I get that it’s a big ask, but paying the same price as FC 26 doesn’t really feel worth it when the quality isn’t the same. Maybe not this year, but hopefully in a year or two. Peace.
Cricket 26 Screenshots are here…
Sorry I can only put one picture up but there are 11 new screenshotsGreat ideas! Custom tournaments, better career mode, improved commentary and weather effects would make Cricket 26 much more fun and realistic.
Must admit, like a few others have mentioned rain effects would be a great new addition. Breaks in play, the odd game being abandoned as a draw, duckworth lewis etc. All of these happen regularly in real cricket particularly in England
and less so on the sub continent.
Big Ant have had trouble implementing rain in the past and I remember them saying at one point on a forum that they weren’t sure exactly how to implement it, that some games could get completely washed out, some games could just come to an end washed out etc. In the end it hasn’t been done due to not having a great way to counter that.
I had the following suggestions back then, but they haven’t implemented it as yet.
What could be done is limiting the amount of rain and percentage of chance that it could happen in a game. For example in limited to overs the MAXIMUM POSSIBLE AMOUNT of rain could be 20% of the overs bowled and the user could select 5, 10, 15, or 20% of the game that could be POSSIBLY affected by rain. It doesn’t mean that rain will affect the game at all, it’s just that these amounts are possible.
In test matches this could be selected from that 5% to as much as 30-35% of the possible overs/days affected. Once again this doesn’t mean this is how much rain you’ll get, it’s just the maximum POSSIBLE.
Now something similar would be done with the percentage of CHANCE of rain. You could select anything from maybe 10 percent to 70 perecent chance.
To avoid an end of match washout, they could eliminate any chance of rain from the last 20-30% of the overs/days. Rain could happen to a match anywhere else that isn’t crucial to the result.
Rain should only be able to affect a match once.
These ideas may not be entirely realistic, but in terms of being able to bring it to the game and still keep the games finishable and exciting, I think this could work.
Would be great to get some feedback from a Big Ant representative.
Hi really big fan
Just to say I really want a nintendo switch version of cricket 26 please
I agree we need more specific rain options in terms of how many overs are lost
It could still be a surprise when it happens
