Anything new on the game? Haven’t heard a thing on it so at this point in time, there is absolutely no point in buying the game as it currently is just another waste of $80 for an updated version of afl 23. Would love to see proper gameplay and more information on features etc. Guess I’ll probably wait til season of 2026 to get the game, but honestly if the game is actually decent this time round I wouldn’t mind getting it.
No longer interested in pro team tho. That made was an absolute money grab for big ant with little to no other way to improve a side other than spending real money.
I mean:
- Want decent players - spend real money to get packs that may or may not have someone good in it.
- Need contracts so your players can keep playing, either spend real money on packs and hope to get some good contract cards despite only being able to select a handful, or play strategically in certain game modes to win contracts.
Would make it great if these things don’t exist anymore in the new game. They could have been changed since in 23, I wouldn’t have a clue, I played for maybe 2-3 weeks on pro team and gave up especially with games constantly not working.
Not having a dig at the game just saying I hope these things aren’t happening again - pay to win should always be a thing in games, pay to play a game mode within a game you’ve already paid for is a bit of a stretch.
Just an opinion.
