Please can we have some more or new info about afl 26? Pictures? New trailer?
Even if they do release pictures or a new trailer, theyāll just cop it from people saying itās just AFL23. Itās a lose lose scenario and they just need their game to do the talking

Rough, thereās nothing to talk about regarding 26 thereās been nothing since the announcement 
AFL 26 will be better than AFL 23 guaranteed
@Andii23 It absolutely will be, and Iāll play it just as much, if not more than I did 23. There are just other people who arenāt able to accept the fact that itās possible for a game to be released without knowing everything about it.

Not sure how itās lose lose. If the fear is that people will just say āitās AFL 23ā itās literally as simple as putting out a clip of Player Career or the all new mechanics theyāre promising.
I mean, you yourself said ālet their game do the talkingā. What better way to let the game do the talking than to back it in to win over the doubters?

Would make sense to just do something 1st of may (basically one week from launch) if at all (would be funny if they did nothing). This week is a shortened week with Easter just passed and Anzac weekend coming up. Next week is a full week and Thursday is exactly one week from release. One week for all the YouTubers to get videos out too and all that stuff.
They donāt really need to sell it that much. Itās AFL, small market. People who like AFL and gaming will most likely buy it. Itās the 2nd instalment also. Yes they have new gameplay mechanics, nothing one video, one week out will have any issues covering.

@SugarShane Youāve seen yourself though over the last couple of years that people will complain for the sake of complaining. Iām not condoning their actions of the past at all, Iām just saying from their perspective itās hard to get a win at this stage, so yes, they should let their game do the talking.
AFL is a tough one to watch someone else play and determine the quality of the game, itās something that needs to be felt. The game should do the talking, but not with previews.
Iād love to see something too, but my hopes arenāt up but I know as well as everyone here and on BF theyāll still buy the game

Hey guys im new here so not sure if its already been discussed but im really looking forward to the player career (love mycareer in 2k and my pro in fifa) so im excited to finally get an AFL game that will have an in depth career mode. Top 3 things i would like to see in the mode is 1: a brownlow night just before the grand final where we can see our player sitting at one of the tables and celebrating every vote they get, 2: an in depth career growth path where you have to start as a bench player or in defence or forward then gradually over time move into the midfield and become a star player in the league, 3: a draft indicator during your first season at junior level (for example if you do well in a game then your draft ranking will go up indicating a first round pick or top 5 etc.). Probably too late to implement any of this into the game now as i assume most of the stuff is set already but hopefully we see at least one of these features in the mode. Looking forward to the game.
