That mode was their key feature for 23. Likely very little done to the mode, if not the exact same in 26. So theyre more inclined to hype up other modes that got a much needed overhaul.
I love my sports games, but im going to give it a week or two before I decide whether I buy it or not.

with the pace of the game being so fast, being able to quickly and accurately switch to a player in front of the play and potentially cut off a attack would be great
Would be amazing if you could kick/handball to teammates with those icons like in 2k
