@Valhalla_Vagabond the difference right now is that we are getting a lot better communication from JNT, who is providing clarity on what is coming as well as what might not be possible with the restrictions of the original poor code. I feel it will be BA before JNT that pulls the plug on continuing the development R25. From seeing RL26 there is clearly a team there that can create an enjoyable game so I’m still hopeful R25 can be like that

Just when I think I’ve lost all hope in this game I jump onto this forum, read a few promising changes coming and I’m sucked right back in!!!
I’d really like there to be a specific button for intentional foul play. Think pushing analogue stick down to do a high tackle, kill a ruck etc.
Also, I know rugby is moving away from fighting etc but it does still happen. I’m thinking NHL style punch ups if the need were to arise!

When did this news happen 
Any work going to go into the tackle stand and jackle Y button that was originally supposed to be in the game, and it was originally, although it was not functioning well, then it was taken out all together , will it make a comeback along with more rucking fouls like holding the ball, and hands in the ruck? Even though I know the game need lots of work, I do see many things it has potential with that other rugby games of the past have missed. The rucking system would benefit from a button for stealing and a button for the pushover both having there separate set of benefits, and separate fouls/infringements it would work well with the current different animations. I can see a master rucking system potential with the current animations, the mechanics just have to better implemented.
