Any patch notes yet?
I just played a half. No noticeable difference in general play for me. I didnāt kick at all though lol.
Didnāt notice any new content either. Maybe I didnāt do the things where the improvements were done though?

Edit: Just read the notes lol. Guess is mostly around kicking. Will go back later but the game seemed no different to me ha ha. #maybeIamblind

The patch notes have been added 15min ago, just in a new thread like it always is
Nothing is broken that I saw though which is great. Maybe will go back and do loads of bombs later.
Noticeable lack of stability improvements in the patch notes.
I know you donāt like Side Cam, but could you try that for a minute or two and see if it looks any better in relation to viewing the depth of the view?
Also aerial maneuvers, it would be good to see if leaping for a kickoff is more contestable?
So letās talk about the next patch. The current changes already underway are around what we just refer to as ālinesā⦠you know, lines.
Attacking lines, defensive lines. This is a complex system which is actually about 3 in one and are very complicated. These work out where positioning is, how itās determined and who goes where. As you can clearly see in most matches, this needs work. Oh, will it get some work.
Alongside that will be the addition of the other try type, as well as I hope the rework of conversion kicking.

I am gutted after a three week wait and extra two day delay, after playing the update on steam.
They serve up a steaming pile of something.
What have they actually achieved bar some pretty new things that arenāt close to the top and key issues the community asked for!
At what point will they give us a rugby union game that is semi fun to play?

While at it can we work on players feeling like their are on train tracks being worked on as I feel having attacking lines but my player feels itās on a train track will defeat the purpose, like how players feel in RL26 it feels I have control of my player right away.
Also goes with just using normal bumper passes played a game and it felt ball is going no where but just to the player behind me and not next to me making the game feel clunky

That sounds good and I can imagine itās going to be very complex getting attacking and defensive sides into positions with good useful running lines that hopefully support moves?
Will the try type refer to aerial catch tries in the in-goal?
The rework of goal kicking sounds like it could be something a lot of us have been wanting as currently thereās not much challenge, timing, nor wind to consider.

Tried side on, still do not recommend lol. Why does LB switch to the player below and RB switch to the player above on defence? Am I the only one that finds this totally counter intuitive?
If you are going left to right, LB should be switch to defender above and RB to the defender below imo. How infuriating
I noticed no improvement when the ball is in the air from either user players or AI user players. In fact the only kick I let them try take they just let land and bounce on the ground.
This is what side on looks like distant focus if that helps whether it looks better or not @Nesreviac
