Yea, weird as much as this game needs some major improvements there are some things that are different things in there better then previous games. I challenge is to play without the fend on medium, it plays fairly well on medium, seem like the AI does not cheat and ruck turnovers happen most of the time when they should. I do enjoy playing it at times, RL26 is a much better over all representation of the sport. But because Rugby 25 is union , I still enjoy it in intervals, and have some hopes for it. Some good things
1.Grubbers are almost perfect and not over ally exploited
2 Up and unders are not great but fairly good
3. Running support has improved
4. Crashing up the middle with your forwards, starting to work better (only bind 1 or 2 for this)
5. Offloads working fairly well and improving, a little to easy to offload though, but getting riskier then before,
6. Shoulder barge working pretty good
7. Dummy pass working decently
8. I like the push over animation in the ruck ( but when it makes sense) but the actual animation is nice.
Things not working and need to be added
- sidesteps
- tackle, stand, and jackle ( initially was the Y button)
- quicker ball, pick and go with a forward should be specific button or command
- set plays needed
- pod control needed
- more control over rucks, two separate actions for steal vs pushover, only forwards into ruck vs closest to ruck vs even number 9 join ruck, different ruck situations different button presses.
- Ruck infringements needed,
- More rewards for winning Scrums, penalty to opponent if played to perfection, and or more ground covered
- Goal kicking was not great before, but now not sure if I am doing something wrong but feels broken. Play distant vertical view.
If they keep working on the game, will keep supporting it and playing it, the moment they stop trying to improve it, Will stop supporting it and playing it .
So Big Ant keep up the support for the game, the graphics are there, some good animations are there, just got to get the mechanics working better.

@Bapean how long on average does it take you to do a gameface? Just roughly.
The real problem is that there’s absolutely no clarity on how to play rucks.
There’s no real logic and no sense of dominating a ruck or being dominated.
Sometimes it’s impossible to win the ball for an entire half !

Yes, agree, hopefully it is because they are still working on it. Definitely missing the originally intended , tackle, stand and jackle(Y). Wouldn’t make much sense to give instructions and then change it in 2 weeks. Sometimes it feels right on and other times it feels really of, it seems like it plays more realistic on medium and rucks work better on this level, normally bind xxxxxxxx is aggressive take if you get to the ruck first, bind bind x tap will do the aggressive ball steal, or bind bind bind bind hold for the 4-5 man pushover when AI is delaying removing the pill, and my (least favorite and least realistic), bind, bind, bind, bind, and maybe bind really fast does a passive steal turnover because you overwhelm your opponent, this should be more of a multiplayer pushover and the single player steal could use either pushover or passive steal, and then the old AI cheat AI hold onto to the ball pops up on higher difficulty levels. So the way I have been playing is on medium, but I use house rules on me being not allowed to use the fend move, I use the shoulder barge instead analog up or analog pressed down, (not down which is fend) it seems to be a little less powerful than the unstoppable 1st fends. Weird that they can get the fend working better on RL26, works sometimes but not all the time on RL26
@JNT_BA will there be a patch this week to introduce the WRWC 2025 before the tournament starts on Friday or will it only be added next week with the scheduled 3 week update?

Mate, you do a real quality job for what they make possible with their tools. That includes the gamefaces. Can you change the head mesh the gameface goes on? Or is it one shape has to fit all for the faces?
Two hours is a long time though 
man I hope they end up making so that time worth it and finally fulfil its potential.
When game no longer just potential.

Sometimes it is the mesh that causes the likeness to not be able to get closer. Biggest hurdle to that tool is the facial structure always being the same. It warps some players faces too much. They need a mesh of all the face types. Heart shaped, oval, square faced etc. Then have a big medium and small sized head and that would fix everything.
I wish you liked league more 
Go play a season or two in real life and it will change you ha ha.
Then come back and make all the retro league players

I think all of us that have been following this game since 2023 are acutely aware of the long long long long long long process Personally, when do you think the process will be finished? If you had to guess a month.

Is hard to guess a month , i would say just closer to the release of Rugby27 ,official game of RWC27 so the “hype” is not losing momentum ! (Just like Cricket24 who still gets updates before Cricket26)
