Technically when you buy a game youāre not actually buying the game.. just the ālicenseā to use it

Yes that is true, but you actually do have to be able to use it within the reasonable expectations of that license.
I would say that at this point there would be many people who do not feel that they are meeting that expectation to a fair and reasonable level unfortunately.
Really hope it turns around soon Iām sure theyāre all working very hard on it.
