I was wondering if it was possible to roll back to the old playing lists from 2023 for management mode? Thank you.

Good idea and the first free agency, trade, draft window automatically selects 2024 lists unless you make different selections/decisions for your club

I take it from your response it’s not possible then? Shame, I felt Hawkins has been a bit hard done by with his 82ovr in the new update. And I wanted to have Ratugolea be my FF when Hawkins retired.
