Not sure about others, but seems to be the case of no daily rewards for quite a while now.

Have they actually cleared it out or you making that up? 
if you have watched twisties video he mentioned on there that there clearing all stock and rereleasing.

New game, whats point of clearing stock to put back on shelf if still old game? 
Hopefully this means theyâll reset everyoneâs teams, because I canât imagine new players being too happy buying AFL23: Pro Team Bundle and their first online game is against 18 99OVRâsâŚ
Looks like BA really could be going down the DLC road. Maybe we get some gameplay tweaks?
Imagine a patch release where we have to pay some coin and PT lists are wiped - surely they wouldnât.

Sorry you must have replied before I edited - agree, it would definitely breathe new life into the game. I canât shake the feeling that weâre one big patch away from some free flowing gameplay and better ball physics.

Yeah I agree I donât really like the feel of field kicking in the game and I find the game too easy when it comes to marking as as long as you kick to the lead of the your player they will just about always mark it and goal kicking needs to be more difficult as well otherwise I keep playing AFL Evolution 2 till itâs fixed

I never understood the complaint about this.
Theyâre a company that needs to earn money to pay their employees, to do work and develop their games.
No doubt the learnings for AFL Pro Team will also translate to Cricket Pro Team, and maybe the other sports titles if they go there too.
And then, more earnings for the company == better future games for us. (If you donât want to pay, you also donât have to. I personally havenât paid a cent more than the base game.)
So yeah⌠pretty understandable having the focus on Pro Team (even though we still got free new features, 2024 rosters, and hopefully 2025 rosters too).

@SaintSkeeta I think this is a new age mentality that more money coming in = better games. Using a majority of popular games which have brought in micro transactions that isnât really the case. They need to go back to the days of releasing fantastic games on day one and using sales to help fund future games. You look at games such as eafc, nba2k, cod etc, they all have gameplay complaints from day one despite the inevitable money making, all arguably having decreased in quality over time.

Still, if we get updated rosters and player likenesses for free⌠thatâs come and the expense of time (and therefore money) from the developer. Especially where AFLâs market is small, itâd be crucial to have an income stream to be able to make those updates.
But I suppose weâll wait and see how an AFL26 ( or whateverâs next) goes.
