Sony prioritizes patches depending on what is most important. It could also have something to do with the publisher and Sony.

While I understand the sentiment, I would always recommend sending reports or tickets. This makes sure we get that feedback from everyone. I quite regularly see people being like āOh Iām sure someone has reported thisā but if everyone has that mindset no one would report anything.
I read every single ticket and sometimes I will see a random post somewhere saying they are having this issue, it will be one that has never come across my desk or feedback no one else had given us and they will end it with something like āIām sure they knowā.
This is not to say every ticket is going to be actioned, some ideas and suggestions people have are quite literally the opposite of each other, but when it comes to issues based on your own experience that could be better always let us know on the support site with as much detail as possible.

Unfortunately, youāre wasting your time mate. Iāve tried getting a straight answer re management mode several times as well (on this forum and others) and no dice.
Have also included it in a support ticket which was also ignored. Really not sure what the point of this forum is tbh.

Does the game have pro team mode now?
We know many in the community want an update to management to bring more features in from large to small ones. I read all the feedback about management mode and send it along to the team or annoy the team in some places. But much like previously āIā will not be announcing anything unless instructed to as that is not my position to do so.
But we are still continuing to work on the game.
As for if you should play your own management career, I still do every day. I think Iām up to about 10 different ones for different teams as I personally like to do multiple. There are only so many times I can recreate Essendon losses until I need to go to Port or Melbourne to feel like Iām a part of the actual ladder. Still 
for an Essendon in the top 8 this season. If an update happens I will play that as well. But thatās not what everyone wants to do and I get that, as some want to do one long-lasting multiple-season-spanning run lasting real-life months.
As a side note to everyone. Support tickets are also not a place to get that kind of information. The team is there to help with the game not announce anything or give insider information as much as people send requests for that. No announcements will ever be made via the support site.

There is criticism and constructive criticism. This is also a place for the game AFL 23. Not about Big Ant or what you think is right, that isnāt about the game āAFL 23ā.
AFL is not the only game we do either and posts from all forums that have broken the rules have been deleted. Many of the posts have directly broken the rules set forth be it in creative ways to try to get around the rules. If your comments are about the game, yes even if they have constructive criticism are fine. But there is to be no language, which there has been, or personal attacks.
Nor is this a place for support. If you have an issue with the game there is a place for that support.bigant.com

Is it me or does online game play feel alot like the game when first released 
marks taken through playes bodies only one team can mark normally opponent or is this just me
Just wondering, I know it was said that Steam patches can be rolled back and thatās why they would get more patches in a week compared to PS4/5, but there hasnāt been a steam patch since the 21st June (which was a big patch that was really good).
@JNT_BA I understand the reason behind the PS patches BUT is there any reason why steam hasnāt had a patch in over 13 days?
Would love a little bit more clarity on why there havenāt been steam patches as the steam patches on āmost daysā havenāt happened. Is it because you guys donāt want to have a big gap between steam & PS4/5 (which is currently 1-2 pitches behind) or are you guys now going to be doing big 2-3GB steam patches (like 21st June) instead of smaller ones.
Have been impressed with how you guys got the game from a not so good place to a relatively good place and I am looking forwards to seeing what you guys add/fix to make the game even better

My guess is that theyāre still waiting on PS to get approved/pushed through so that PS4/5 and Steam are all on the same patch finally, instead of constantly pushing Steam forward and ensuring they are never on-par together. Fingers crossed we get the patch this week and the train can keep on rolling!

Being able to set up interchange rotations might be good at some point. Would allow you to play without pausing all the time and could prevent autosubs playing people in crazy positions

If I remember correctly Ross said that steam updates will be held back so ps4/5 & steam can be on the same level. The longer this update takes to come out the more of a feeling I have that we will be waiting for xbox release for the update to drop. hear me outā¦
We are only a few weeks off xbox release. BA said they are holding back steams updates cause they want every one to be on the same Patch. Why would they bother bringing one out now when theyād have to go through all this again in a few weeks time when Xbox finally drops.
Xbox release date could be a huge day for AFL23, the release of xbox, release of proteam, a bulk update that now brings ALL consoles AND steam to the same level therefore cross play finally dropping.
Iāll wait for the your a genius comments

Hey mate, understand this completely. I was progressing through my management mode throughout all different patches and was thoroughly enjoying it until early June where manual interchange would crash the game. I submitted a ticket on the 04/06 and received a prompt reply asking for more details but have not heard anything since. Am I right in assuming that I should just be waiting for the PS5 patch? As I cannot complete any matches in management mode since this bug.

Besides that, you do make a lot of valid points
@RossSymons does Big Ant get charged for every patch that gets uploaded? If so, it makes sense as to why they go with this approach in light of getting slugged multiple times for small-ish changes.

Lol I know, I donāt know if it is just this site or not but the amount of autocorrects that is happening and chopping and changing of words I got over going back and changing everything again!
I dunno about them being charged for each patch but all the talk about wanting to get everyone on the same patch just makes me think (I really hope not) that we will wait for Xboxās release

Well yes this is also true, Iāll rephraseā¦ if the Xbox release date stays the same then itāll all be coming out in the same day.
