Is anyone else noticing that the AI has near perfect accuracy no matter how much you adjust the difficulty sliders??

Has anyone had issues with crazy difficulty spikes out of nowhere in pro team? In the last week I’ve had matches on medium where the AI is god like and there’s nothing I can do to stop them. I’m used to getting 200+ on medium with no sweat but I’m genuinely struggling to hit 80 on medium in the last week. Marking contests seem very rigged with the timing circle just disappearing for no reason. My timing for marking and spoiling has always been good and despite my timing being good I’m getting smashed in the marking contests. Has anyone noticed such wild differences in difficulty when playing on the same set difficulty before?
Also I feel like the difference in player ratings affect difficulty significantly more than the actual difficulty settings themselves. Can anyone else confirm this because I feel this very strongly
The marking thing happens on every difficulty, it’s quite frustrating. I’ve noticed that the AI seems super hard for the first quarter, but the difficulty drops after that.

Heeney 20k PTC in the auction house rn.
I just passed 696 players owned from season 2024, including twelve sapphire. Allowing for say 200 cards acquired incidentally (which is generous, the game has been out for five months and I’ve never focussed on 2024 till now), this means that I have purchased a gob smacking 248 packs trying to locate a Heeney card.
I know this is stupid and that any player of sane mind should have quit long ago. But at the same time I hope someone from BA sees this and asks the question - why are we putting objectives that require an emerald card without giving the player the practical means to acquire it? It’s either a lack of care or trolling, one or the other. Happy for anyone from BA to clarify otherwise.

I’ve only been playing Pro Team lately, but went back and played some Play Now and Season games, and found a few little interesting things.
Some of these may be worthy of the Dull Man’s Club Facebook page, so here goes:-
Jack Riewoldt now presents the cup, as he did in the 2025 Grand Final.
Also noticed the signage had some ‘The Finals’ boards going around… so we had some seasonal and relevant artwork updates.
Stadium Lighting for same start time (Afternoon - 3:30) takes into account the time of year noticing shadow length.
March - near the equinox
June - winter solstice
August - late winter
Late September- Grand Final (albeit an hour earlier)
Someone mentioned daytime cycles, but I only noticed this at half time of a Twilight game.
Afternoon games didn’t seem to change.
Also, some matchups will have commentary at the coin toss about a historical game between the two clubs. Collingwood v St Kilda for example mentioned a close game in 1990, and some goals by Plugger. Not sure how long this has been around but pretty cool.
Lastly, for shots after the siren, I knew about AI having longer shots at goal… but I noticed that if my player is to do a set shot snap, he will line up to the side, allowing for the kick to occur in-line with the mark. Normally he goes from his mark, around (which should be play on), but for after the siren, it’s correct for what the rules allow.

My guess is it’s the ‘cards and content’ for next season. Maybe some new textures? Surely not.
It’s funny, if this was a big global franchise someone would be on YT already reviewing the files one by one.

With the new Will Ashcroft objective, it was a bit overwhelming wondering if I had all the players to complete it ! Lucky enough i’ve got them all 
2024 Norm Smith Medallist: Will Ashcroft objective doesn’t seem to be working.
“Amass 30 disposals, 6 inside 50’s, 3 tackles, & 5 marks using the emerald Norm Smith 2024 Will Ashcroft Card”
Fulfilled these requirements multiple time and doesn’t seem to be completing.
