Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Me and a mate are trying to play a simple custom online match, and every time we click “start match” we get the error message:
Cannot join the match - game settings are not the same

Why on earth is it impossible to lead in player career mode??? The game keeps stuffing me over when i lead but just before i get to the contest it slows my runnning speed down to a crawl and teleports an opposition player ahead of me every time. This is INCREDIBLY frustrating because i keep getting to good positions but the game slows me down for no apparent reason.

Happens consistently in every mode. Super frustrating
With this whole slow lead thing that people have mentioned, do the players have a different animation or are they in slow motion?

slow motion. It takes you out of sprint while the opposition remain in sprint.
For what console? I think Xbox have one coming tomorrow
why does it go into the no stamina animation when im leading and lets a defender teleport in front to mark even though i have like half to three-quarters of the bar left

have had the weekend off the game, how is it playing, particularly on pc?
Just trying to get down defending in the back 50. I concede so many goals by failing to stick a tackle or I’ll spoil the ball only for the opposition to nail a goal off one step, even from 50m out. Any tips? Thanks.
Also, is 1.04 the latest patch for PS4?

- Do the tutorial again, learn to tackle ( Don’t hold sprint going into a tackle)
- Lower the difficulty
- Spoil towards boundary
- Learn how to smother

Just played the game for the first time (on PS5) and OMG! the game ran so smoothly. There were no crashes. Graphics were brilliant & scoreboards looker great

Anyone heard which update Xbox expected to get tomorrow ? Gonna be upto date with everyone or still behind???
I really hope so. It’ll be interesting to see what the game looks like at the end of the week regardless, would imagine majority of the bugs will be smoothed out
Really hope the not being able to sprint when chasing a kick to your lead is fixed in career mode! Makes it very annoying getting beat every time because they can sprint but you can’t! Apart from that the game is leaps and bounds above 23 especially some of the mark/tackle animations

Think ya made the key forwards too inaccurate in sims, all the leaders kick way more points than goals
Haven’t started pro team but could be because Balta can’t play if it’s a night game

This is by far the most challenging objective this early into PT, especially with my tap ruck silver card. Anyone else completed this one ?
