Disposal count seemed like it didnāt end up being random? Best game so far with a ton of intercept marks and good quality disposals
Random disposal numbers are better Maybe? Will need to review the gameplay footage to see if the numbers are accurate.
Tackling still ineffective in stopping effective kicks away.
AI still needs improvement (lots of weird kicks and disposals leading to turnovers) but game still generally fun.
Still hate the magnetism and player stopping mid run to wait to receive the pill.

Has anyone completed a full season in management mode yet? Keen to see if the draft is better than in AFL23.
Alright so I havenāt posted in here as much over the last few weeks as iāve turned to basically online quick\ custom matches but my favourite mode in this game is Pro Team, iāve been pondering how to keep someone engaged in the mode once completing the level progression so iāll just post a few thoughts below.
I had been grinding Pro Team pretty hard until I hit Level 40 & Rank 1 on premiership challenge a couple weeks ago now, iāve smashed through all the weekly and season objectivesā¦
and now Iām just sitting here for the rest of the season with nothing to really play for.
At this point, it kind of took the motivation out of me to keep logging in to Pro Team other than claim my daily rewards streak. I donāt want to waste contracts just to play meaningless games, especially when I feel like iāve already done enough to secure the end of season rewards for Rank 1, as iām pretty safe from going down to Rank 2 in premiership mode imo.
I could still keep going after the base objectives, but I donāt get XP any more as iām maxed out and the rewards donāt really excite me enough right now to grind all the possessions atm.
So hereās a few ideas on how Pro Team could be improved for players who finish things quickly and need more to do:
Prestige System After Level 40
Once you hit level 40, XP is non existent. Why not add a prestige system where you keep earning XP ?
You could get some cosmetic rewards like badges, crowd chants, or banners? Even just bragging rights stuff would keep me and other players grinding.
Each Prestige could be like 100,000xp and the rewards get better the more you play
Example
P1 100K XP - Bronze Season 1 playing strip
P2 200K XP - Silver Season 1 playing strip, Banner
P3, 300K xp - Gold Season 1 playing strip, Banner, Crowd chant
P4, 400K xp - Special Loan player for 10 games with buffed stats
P5, 500k xp - Cosmetic centre bounce logo for all your home games with gamer tag in it
You get the point but there is a endless amount of options it can go, not only would this keep your top tier player base fully engaged for the 54 day week current seasons but It will encourage more players to keep smashing through Pro Team because who wouldnāt want to be running around in a fully gold kit as a flex lol
Even adding in an extra mode but itās greyed out until you reach 40
- Have the reward system a lot better than the coach battles and ladder league systems, make users only able to play these games with specific line ups (all vic players) this will encourage more pack buying which is good for the growth of the company in purchase of pro team coins to build these specific teams.
Pro Team has a solid base and I do love the way bigant have put their own twist on it to make it their own but for players who grind hard and get everything done in the first 3-4 weeks of a 54 day season, thereās just no reason to keep turning up each day to play other than claiming your daily streaks.
I know a prestige tier isnāt getable for everyone but I think having it as a goal to go for if you want to is enough to make me want to play more.
If the goal is to keep players returning every day this will sure keep all invested and drive consistent engagement (and even more pack openings), this kind of stuff should be a no-brainer.

Itās the same as 23. However, I still feel like it needs a little more refinement. Lets you select the same player twice (I did it as an experiment and thought I was gonna get a double up lol) and then lost that pick
Donāt mind this idea, Iām level 34 or 35 and I donāt feel that Iāve played it a crazy amount so can empathise with the top tier players who have already smashed through to level 40.
Your idea definitely has merit to add some extra incentive to those who do play a lot of proteam, i feel like exclusive player cards/packs, team logos etc would work.
I do think a shorter season is the most logical thing in my opinion, itās hard to stay motivated to grind a season thatās 50+ days long, by the time the two months is up, the level 40 rewards donāt feel as rewarding as they should and the excitement of packing cards kind of dwindles out.
I wish there was a sort button so that the highest max potential could move to the top, saves me scrolling forever

Dunno, it was about 10 to midnight. It somehow went around the car and damaged the driverās indicator and panels. It didnāt go over the car thankfully. Quite the shock though. We were going at about 105 ish near Albury and couldnāt see the roo when we looked back.
@JNT_BA has fatigue in management mode been fixed? Even with setting every single training point to recovery, can never field a fit team. Players canāt sprint, impossible to string any games together. Needs to be mended ASAP if it hasnāt already

This is what Iām using and all my players are 100% before every game.
Cheers. I wouldnāt say āfixedā if the whole training week consists of rest and recovery, but Iāll see how it works. Realistically shouldnāt need more than 6 rest/recovery sessions for a player to get back to 95% minimum. Canāt develop players long term if they donāt train @JNT_BA
