It’s stuck on this screen on my steam deck.
This game will use the official layout

My pc version is fine.
One tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn’t help.
The official support is useless as my ss at a measly 3mb is to large. 
How do I add a ss?

Before try to upload SS, clear your browsing history and then reduce the size of the image and resolution. If you still encounter the same issue, share a screenshot and I may provide another solution.
