Hi Team, ( Major Issue with Sharing a created player - PS5) Ticket #35742
I created just now a custom player for Warrington Wolves. Logan Raughter. I then shared him on Fan Hub. Player was already in Warrington team at time of sharing. Please see screenshots below. In team list he is not there and replaced by a free agent female player Jessica Kennedy but she was an edited player in my players section too. Logan is only visible in team management screen by positions.
Played a casual match. Jessica Kennedy was on the field in the Men’s Super League match.
I might create Logan Raughter again but not share on Fan hub as a test to see if this bug happens again with a woman taking his place in edit line up section. A very complex bug situation.
UPDATE- I created a second new player version of Logan Raughter. (Last Screenshot) Not shared on Fan Hub. The bug did not occur. Please see screenshots

Yeah - I agree - I am seasoned RL game Player and struggle to get consistent wins on Amateur difficulty level

Hey,
I want to start by saying I’m really enjoying the game.
As a Wigan fan - the scans/likeness of the players is a huge plus! 
I’ve noticed a few bugs or gameplay issues.

SHORT FLAT PASSES - with a potential break the line (timed pass in for a try) ball is knocked on too often.

SUPER LEAGUE NUMBERS - The SL official numbers get lost - and they default to 1-17 (realism is a big thing for me)

INTERCHANGES - I’ve seen this one reported frequently, on auto it only uses the first 2 players off the bench.

NUMBERS/POSITIONS - 5/8 is a 7, Half back is a 6.

MARKERS - not square/penalised too often

FAN HUB - Can’t wait for it to get going, creating some classic teams!

Why is every knock on played with no advantage?

Not sure if this is a bug, glitch etc but the offloading was good to start with and now it’s no good, when will it be fixed? Makes the game unplayable because every offload is intercepted…
Lock running through the scrum?

Can someone please explain to me why people are getting diamonds in packs and when i do the challange to get a sapphire player i get the choice of 3 emeralds this game is a joke a scam a ripoff
Played a few 80 minute games PS5 on Pro mode on the weekend.
Game play is improving. Hookers get to the play the ball quicker. I can now see rain and it seems to affect the jersey look better. We now have the 8 interchanges again. You can play using custom made fields now without the game freezing. It appears we are being listened to.
Things I think that need to be prioritized.
Gameplay
It is still too easy to score from a chip into the ingoal. AI defenders don’t attempt to get to it in most situations.
AI player names don’t appear on the screen.
Ref doesn’t call the tackle count.
Way too many AI offloads (easy to fix if you go through every teams players and lower their rating)
No game stats other than the scorecard for tries, goals and field goals. No penalty goals show up on the scorecard.
No man of the match.
You can’t edit every player in your teams roster.
Non gameplay
Jersey editor.
Not a chooks supporter but it is impossible to make their jersey as there are nowhere near the option types we had in RLL3. It appears they have actually made it harder to make retro jersey since then.
No ability to insert patches or sponsors onto jersey.
Sock editor still can’t see what you are doing.
Field editor is lacking plenty of options that were in RLL4
Competitions
No NSW Cup. Still can’t believe it isn’t in there. Especially considering there is an 1800s comp, and minor English comps.
No international teams. Is this because we will have to pay extra for them at the end of the year.
No way to make a custom competition which makes the custom team editor pretty obsolete if you want to play more than a single game.
Hope they are looking into sorting this all out for us. It could be an 8 out of 10 game if they did. Currently I rate gameplay around 8 and the rest about 4.

Wonder if there is an issue with how ratings are calculated now?
I decided to take player ratings into my own hands since the launch ratings/post-update ratings are so bad, so I went back to RLL4 to copy the ratings from James Tedesco in there, to Rugby League 26, as a base to work from.
Tedesco is an 88 in RLL4, but after entering the same numbers, he becomes a 79 in RL26..?
Maybe I farked up the numbers though lol
Had a look at womens likeness’s this weekend in particular my beloved Wahines, and they are pretty terrible. Incorrect skin tone, incorrect heights (visually as you can’t actually view their heights due to modifications being locked).
I think the Super League ladies have been given far more effort.
Hopefully the rumour about doing more facescans at their magic round this weekend is true and we get a major upgrade after that.

Not sure if this is the right place but I can’t get a kick away ever. I’m almost always charged down before. I have tried preloading the kick but there is still no time to release it especially when playing with less than ideal ping.
I have resorted to just hitting field goal attempts on the last to try and get the ball away.
Also the commentators always get the tackle.count wrong and say zero tackle after the first tackle of a normal set.

fends more broken now, passes still going to ground from hooker, goal line cheese still in the game… NEW BIG HIT, DOESN’T EVEN JUMP BACK ON THE PLAYER LETTING THEM GET AN OFFLOAD OFF, TEST YOUR OWN GAME???

It’d be nice if they could clean up the presentation some more in further updates. Stuff like the double whistle after a try, try cutscenes players clipping through the crowd and ad boards, ref positioning and ref callouts etc.
REALLY like the new kickoff cutscene; just the camera focus and lower angle looks superb imo; if we could get more cutscenes at deadball situations with this camera I’d be very happy.
Gameplay feeling a lot better, still think the wingers and outside backs need some tweaking with support play. Still go missing after a line break.
My markers getting caught out at the play the ball some more forcing to defend in the line a nice touch. A player switch system like the cut out pass with the button icon above the player would be great in defence.
Kicking still underwhelming imo. They really need to add all the kicking options that are available in AFL26, especially their manual kicking system would work so well in this game, as too AFL26’s grubber system which roll for days.
Would like to see Camera sliders added like we have in AFL26 too. Would like a bit more height/top angle on End Far camera with a touch more zoom.
All in all gameplay is a lot more fun imo, still with some ways to go but 14 patches in a vast improvement. Seen half a dozen of the new animations in the couple of 20 minute games I played that looked and fit well. Will tweek some more player stats as I go along, feel the AI tackle stats could be upped on my end. Cheers

Wow that’s a huge list of issues addressed for a game that is what 2 weeks released??? Shameful it was released in the state it was/still is
I updated a decent size patch last night.
Positives
We now have penalty goals included on the scorecard which is good. The jerseys looked way more dirty after a game in the wet.
Negatives
Still no indication of wind affecting kicks. No indication of wind direction.
No AI player names on screen.
No ref calling the tackle count.
My created teams the Port Moresby Hunters and the Suva Raiders had their logos changed to English superleague clubs (minor inconvenience as it was easily changed and you can only play a single game with them)
The major change in an 80 minute game on pro mode ps5 was the amount of intercepts both the AI and the controlled team made. There were about 40 in the game which is ridiculous, that needs to be tweaked.
The easy chip to score is still there which needs to be looked at.
I can get my half or dummy half to do a cutout pass 3 deep but if I try it in open play on the run to a winger the ball either goes to ground or goes into touch on the full even though the winger is in a good position to catch it.
Still nothing change in jersey or stadium creator. This i believe requires a major overhaul taking the best components of RLL3 for jerseys and RLL4 for stadiums and making them better with more options.
Still no NSW Cup or International teams maybe time we got an explanation for that as NSW has the biggest Rugby League supporter base than anywhere else in Australia with 9 teams currently in the first grade comp.
Still no custom competition so we can start creating our own teams and playing a comp.
Gameplay has gone down to a 7 out of 10 because of the excessive intercepts and overall the game is still 4 out of 10 until we see some improvement in the creator section, and the competition options.
For those interested the game i played the Hunters won 25 to 16
I will add in over 30 hrs of play (60 minute and 80 minute games in pro mode) outside of career mode I am yet to see an onfield injury or HIA and I have the setting on normal.
I have stopped playing career until the majority of bugs are fixed as you need to start over to see the effects.

I’m guaranteed at least one injury a game in career mode and that’s with the setting on reduced. Still can’t buy a penalty or six again though. Are HIAs even in the game?
Not sure if HIAs are in it, silly if they aren’t. When I played career I had 6 agains and penalties. I got 7 rounds in before I decided to wait til they’d fixed the game more.
