If i start a career as a canadian player would i be able to play the World cup as a canadian player/captian in the World cup and T20 World cup?

Many competitions will be open to your player/team depending on standing in your career mode. However, depending on the country of origin can be quite hard to get access to some events. While the simple answer will be yes, it can be quite hard to reach certain competitions depending on the original player setup in some cases some careers may never see certain events.
