I try to get better stats at service - goal is to put the ball inside a square with a “perfect” serve.
No matter what I do it never works.
It doesn’t say anything, I hit the service while ball is green and inside the square and it just doesn’t validate any of the serves.
Anybody with that issue ?
Not mentionning that I don’t play with the stupid ball colour change normally, so getting this training with mandatory ball colour for service I don’t get it. There has been no work at all in the training mode, not a single one is pleasant to play.
This training thing just shows that they don’t even try what they put in the game - we’re supposed to be on a “finished” game now, career mode is supposed to be main feature of the game and you can’t even get your player good stats for service.
That’s lame, really feel like an amateur thing.
And even if I wanted to play only exhibition, I tried 3 matches yesterday and all 3 were stopped at some point between 1st and 2nd serve, both players jumping stupidly and nothing happens.
So how are we supposed to play this game ? Just navigating in the menus ?
@Bkrugby
Hit the box is very hard and now you have got 10 hearts. This is the problem.
@Dagos
I’ve had this happen to me. I quit the game. Instead of returning to the main menu, the game loaded the game by itself and continued from where it left off without bugs. It was a fascinating situation.
Yeah, honestly having to quit the game to be able to play the game doesn’t seem correct to me xD
I’m tolerant with visual bugs, things that don’t impact fun, even with the sound that bugs at start of some points and all… Even though it’s complete demonstration of amateurism that they’re not able to correct those things with all the updates. But ok no “major” issues I guess…
But not being able to play a damn match without leaving the actual match nah it’s too much for me, same for the stupid trainings, training in sport games can be so much fun. But no they just give us boring session and only improvement 10 hearts".
I’ll stay away from this game as long as we see major improvement, what the point of playing a career if upgrading your player is just pain.
It’s like if we were supposed to make the game for them, no vision or good idea for a damn training thing in a tennis game. They should go to an actual IRL tennis training, it’s not hitting freaking mysterious square. At least put some damn plastic plots LOL
@Bkrugby
there were no limitation for trainings before. 10 hearts is a new thing.
@Dagos
This game brought a new genre to the game world. “Souls-like-tennis”.
It is very difficult to improve your player in career mode because of ridiculous training.
I’m kind of disappointed, I got the game mostly for career mode but those training got me off the game. It’s not fun at all the actual system…
I don’t know, make us hit plots, play against a wall with zone, a ball machine… Whatever there are tons of possibilities to make immersive training, and if it’s bound to stay as it is now at least give us the option to simulate training to upgrade our player…
I realized something… in Career Training you don’t NEED to max 3/3 points. You can do 1 or 2 points per training session and the boxes to hit are bigger!
As usual the lack of explanation that we can do 1-2 points instead of 3 for higher chance of earning. I was spamming 3/3 Power and quitting the game when I was down to my last heart to reset it and not waste a week. Just try again
Hello the perfect release for service is white not green. That is why you failed the training it is not a bug. And hitting white perfect release is difficult i never succeed the training, i had 2/5 at best
