Hi everyone,
For the past 3 weeks I have been having issues with my Academy it says “ your saved data was lost due corrupton” and I have since lost all my downloaded teams and players like 5/6 times and to be honest I dont have the energy to download it again.
Is there a way around this? Should I delete the game and reinstall it or is there no way around this because spending countless hours and days to download every single team and just to find out when I turn on my PS5 B the next day everthing has been lost again.
Any advice or should I call it quits?

About a week ago I discovered that the slider Slow Down - Pace Bowling had been corrupted and was permanently stuck on zero. This has rendered the game unplayable because the fielders no longer catch the ball off pace bowling. The ball just drops to the floor. I have contacted Big Ant providing details of the corrupted slide and screen shots. They have acknowledged this is a issue with other users but it appears they have absolutely no idea how to fix the problem and there is no timescale for a fix. My Cricket 26 game disc is now about as useful as an expensive beer mat.
I still have the same issue and looks like there is a PS5 Console ( SONY ) issue where the teams that you download gets corrupted then you lose all your saved data, I have not played the game for over 4 months and all I have been doing is downloading teams. I have to give them credit it is by far the best game they have released but the most broken one. They should ‘ ve never created a new academy.
I’ve had this when exiting the game, lost more than half of my downloaded data. Took ages to re download everything.
Can see Waste is releasing his county kits, would love to download them, but too wary in case the corruption issue happens again. So just sticking to downloading bats and playfaces.
More and more people are reporting this issue, seems just a playstation problem, so hopefully @MattW and the team are looking into this.
sell the the ps5 and buy the xbox is the solution I guess? haha
It is a solution, not a great one…hopefully big ant don’t recommend that. 
Big Any are fully aware of corrupted sliders making the game unplayable but they are either not doing anything about it or can’t doing anything about it. Effectively those of us who are effected are left with an expensive drinks coaster as the game disc is rendered useless.
Just happen to me again for the third time since I had game. Really frustrating. @MattW can u explain why this keeps happening?
I have logged a ticket ( couple of times now ) and no response from them. I know it is not a big ant issue but a Sony issue, the mods are the issue. Big ant needs to sort this out with Sony.
