You can download county grounds using the search community function. There are multiple users who have created the non-test stadiums for English County Cricket.
but the level of detail in licensed stadiums is mesmerising

The number of new county cricket stadiums being added has been great and actually across the world stadiums we have seen so many more added

Unfortunately as far as I can tell all new county grounds that have been added are set to Hard/Dry pitches by default. When English pitches tend to be soft/grassy and medium/standard at most. With pitches only being dry if England has a prolonged heatwave. Even with global warming we only get a occasional week of blistering sun. But as game doesn’t factor in the long term effects of weather. Hard/dry should only be used if player fancies a change.
you can manually change pitch settings before starting match to your desired pitch and hardness
