This is a massive problem when playing career mode vs CPU.
Depending on what serve you pick, the CPU opponent slides left or right like they know what serve type you are going to do. Example. If I do a slice serve as a righty, the CPU slides over 2 feet to the left.
This takes the strategy out of serving as they know what shot you are going to do. It’s also completely unrealistic for the opponent to know that, like you’re telling them what serve you are doing.
This NEEDS to be fixed immediately!! so the CPU has to choose their spot and guess what you are going to do.
The key is to line your player up on the edge of the baseline instead of middle. This gives the angle to hit an ace.
I play on medium, and have it set to 3 win sets. I played 9 games and had 8 aces.
So I can still get aces, but only if I set up on the edge because the CPU moves on the serve type. I don’t like to set up on the edge because it’s unrealistic and harder to get back into position on the return, but I have to because they shift
