Also for the scoreboards/scorecards if the game is in the evening in Australia the scoreboards is channel 7, if it is during the day it is fox cricket in Australia, if it is in any overseas country use their scoreboards they use on TV
For some reason custom rope logos in my custom stadiums donât show when I play a womenâs game? The rope is just white even though I have specifically chosen a rope logo. They work fine for the menâs teams but are missing entirely for the women.
Please add the ability to skip in the calendar. I donât want to have to play every game or manually skip each game I donât want to play. PLEASE add some more varity in defensive blocks. Overall, the game needs way more shot variety. At least another 20 shots are needed. There is just no atmosphere in the game and with the same strokeplay all the time it gets boring very quick. Donât get me wrong I am grateful for the game but itâs disappointing when a game has potential but then not enough variety is added in and it gets stale very quickly.

Donât know how to create a new thread on here so thought Iâd stick it in the megathread. Using a ps5 or ps4 controller on pc causes the face buttons to be swapped eg a becomes b, y becomes x. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Please itâs important to take a look into this bug that has kept this game unplayable for me for almost half a year now.
The Spinners when bowling outside off stumps leads to edge almost 7/10 times at 2nd slips or 1st slip or gully⌠Itâs just weird even after tweaking every settings⌠or making AI stricker timing at 100⌠they will still edge the ball atleast 7 out of 10 deliveries⌠itâs really unplayable right now.
Another issue is that
The Pro Level Difficulty seems to perform better than Legend Level difficulty in every aspect. I think a major fix is needed in this area aswell.

hello team I would like to suggest somethings which will make the game best in future; 1;in cricket 25 make the faces and batting and bowling actions similar to the real players also focus on their names. 2;in tournaments give awards for the best batter with most runs and best bowler and fielder etc so the batsman can also compete for the orange cap. 3;in bowling make the swing more real and the bowling action should be the same as real cricketer so it will be more fun,4; also if you are the captain of the team sometimes bowlers are selected by their own so make it correct so people can make a best strategy.5;also add ICC rankings for players i.e batsman,bowler,allrounder,team,6; also make some action if a player completes 1000 runs or 2000 runs or 3000 runs and so on so other players can view or break their records. icc ranking is mustâŚaward ceremony after every tournament for best players please focus on these things and other if i missed some so the game will be more interesting and reminding again that orange cap for batsman is also very best change and if the faces and bowling batting action will be same as real and every thing will be decided by captain game will be more interesting
I think we should have auction mode for the indian T20 teams , where Teams having 120cr in their purse and buy their favourite players for the team with own startgy for playing which gives another dimension to the game As fans most of them would love it if it happens. Gameplay is great at the moment, meanwhile adding hindi commentary would be a great as you can have any two prominent commentators recorded as mobile cricket games have done. Licensing of Indian commentators should also not be a concern as they dont come directly under BCCI
Tournaments and tours in which the user is controlling a team or a player can have practice sessions in the calender with practice kits in batting and bowling in nets and some practice cutscenes with fixed interesting fielding drills with active fitness and injury levels of players. All of this will improve the game exposure and for reference fifa titles can be looked at to give a immersive realistic interesting experience even before matchday
As Majority audience and players of the game are from India i request Big Ant to Observe more and more and improve The indian t20 league(IPL) and make it as realistic as possible such as improved cutscenes travel animation arriving at the stadium such as ea sports football titles along with algorithms which do not allow more than 4 overseas players in the game, adding a strategic timeout cutscene invloving the same scene as drinks break

DRS LBW System in Cricket 24
Dear big ents,
Iâm writing to report an issue with the DRS LBW feature in Cricket 24. When I review an LBW decision, the game only shows the âbig eyeâ (ball tracking), and thatâs it. Thereâs no proper sequence like in real cricketâno on-field umpire signals, no third umpire animations, and no detailed breakdown of impact, pitching, and hitting the stumps.
Also, only the commentators speak during the review. The umpires donât say anything, which makes the whole experience feel incomplete and unrealistic.
The DRS is a big part of modern cricket, and it should reflect the full process, just like in real matches. I hope you can improve this in the next update.

Graphics and Frame Rate Enhancements
Please improve the graphics and frame rates for a smoother, more realistic experience. The gaming industry has come a long way, and consistent 120Hz support should be feasible on current-gen consoles and PCs.
Edge Behavior Repetition
One of the most frustrating bugs is how a batter continues to edge the ball repeatedly in the exact same wayâball after ballâuntil he gets out. The same goes for LBW decisions: if the AI batter survives a close LBW or dropped catch, it keeps playing that same shot repeatedly until itâs eventually given out. This ruins immersion and predictability must be addressed.
Smarter AI Batting
AI batters need to be more aggressive and diverse, especially in pressure situations like super overs or high required run rates. Currently, they often block or leave balls even when 15+ runs per over are needed. The AI should play unorthodox shots (helicopters, dilscoops, slog sweeps) and make better decisions based on match context. Players would leave the ball in Super Overs, which is highly unrealistic.
Realistic Keeper Mechanics
The wicketkeeper frequently dives unnecessarily and takes too long to recoverâallowing free runs. Edges are dropped far too often, especially against fast bowlers, making the keeper seem unreliable and robotic.
Fielding Quality & Urgency
Fielders still display delayed and robotic reactions. They hesitate to pick up balls in the circle, donât throw quickly, and often miss easy chancesâeven standing still while the ball rolls beside them. Dives look cartoonish, and the entire fielding dynamic lacks the intensity needed for modern cricket realism.
Custom Groups & Playoff Formats
Please allow players to create custom groups in tournaments and choose playoff formatsâlike IPL-style eliminators or 1v4 and 2v3 semi-finals, based on our own choice. This would make custom leagues much more engaging.
Drafts & Auctions Outside Career Mode
The option to hold drafts or auctions in custom tournaments (especially for IPL or PSL-style setups) would bring a new layer of realism and excitement. Not everyone wants to be locked into Career Mode to enjoy these features.
Enhanced Tournament Stats
Add detailed tournament statistics such as:
- Ducks per player
- Highest partnerships per wicket
- Team-wise partnership records
- Top three highest and lowest team scores
(These were a beloved feature in EA Cricket 07 and would be appreciated greatly.) - Once the qualifying rounds start, the stats of all teams who havenât qualified disappear. Please fix this.
Improved Animations & Crowd Reactions
Cricket 19 had lively players and reactive environmentsâplayers shouted at each other, celebrated with passion, and the crowd felt alive. In contrast, Cricket 24 lacked this energy. Please bring back emotion-driven reactions, stare-downs, send-offs, animated celebrations, and vibrant crowd moments.
Playoff & Finals Vibes
Add fireworks, music, stadium lights, and atmospheric tension to finals and playoff matches. Allow users to add music from the academy during matches to make big games feel special.
Dynamic Weather & DLS
Cricket 19âs rain and overs reduction via the DLS system added unpredictability and excitement. Please bring this feature back with polish and flair in Cricket 24.
Star Player Mode Enhancements
Play as Star Player in Tours
Introduce the ability to play as a single âStar Playerâ during custom toursânot just Career Mode. Itâs more fun and immersive for those who enjoy roleplaying or focusing on individual performances.
Partner AI While Batting
When playing as a Star Player, your batting partner barely scores. Add an option to adjust how aggressively the AI partner bats, so youâre not left stranded at one end while they block endlessly.
Stamina & Injuries Outside Career
Introducing injuries in tournaments would be a fun and strategic element. For example, a player with low stamina who continues to play might get injured and miss the next match (just like Career Mode). This would add depth without needing a full career setup in custom tournaments.
Match-Wear and Tear
Jerseys should become visibly dirty by the end of the matchâfrom dives, collisions, or extended gameplayâto reflect the physicality of the sport and increase realism.
Replay & Highlight Issues
Fix replay camera angles and inconsistenciesâespecially on sixes or dismissals where the camera zooms out or shows incorrect distances.
Commentary
Please add real-time commentary like Fifa or at least fix it. I just start the tournament and have played 2-3 matches only with 12 matches remaining and the commentary says, âthis tournament is nearing to an endâ. There are other glitches too, like praising batsman when the RR is too high to achieve.
I hope they seriously consider these suggestions as I have been mentioning them since 2020 and not even a single thing was implemented properly.
