Prefer playing in docked mode and make sure your switch is updated, if it still persists than try redownloading the game.
There is a message on pro team advising of an update , when can we expect this? online difficulty is still an issue on pro team
Why Does It Feel Like Every Step Forward for Big Ant Is Followed by Two Steps Back?
As someone who has passionately followed and supported Big Ant Studios for years, itâs disheartening to see the state of Cricket 24, especially after the promising inclusion of the Pro Team feature. Unfortunately, instead of enhancing the gameplay experience, it has introduced a host of frustrating bugs that have made the game almost unplayable for me.
Here are just a few of the issues Iâve encountered:

Scorecard Inconsistencies
Players donât have 4s and 6s recorded in the scorecard when achieving a milestone or getting outâcompletely inaccurate. -
Not Out Bug
One of my batters got out and also was shown as out on the scorecard, but he remained on the crease and continued as if nothing happened. (This happens mostly when you resume a game after quitting the match) -
Frequent Crashes
The game crashes randomlyâespecially when changing bowlers or when certain players come on strike or takes a single. Today, my game crashed 6 times in a span of 25 minutes, and then I just stopped playing it. -
UI/UX Regression
Vital information like run rate, target, and required rate, which used to appear neatly under the battersâ names, is now pushed to the extreme right. It feels clunky, unorganised, and is a step back in terms of user experience. -
Fielding Glitches
In a few instances, a fielder faced the crowd during a catch attemptâcompletely ignoring the ball. Unsurprisingly, he dropped it.
These recurring issues have driven me to stop playing altogether until meaningful fixes are implemented. Whatâs more frustrating is the feeling that Big Ant Studios is taking its loyal fanbase for granted.
Weâve supported this franchiseâfinancially by buying the games, and vocally on social media, applauding every small improvement. Yet, the lack of consistency and follow-through is discouraging. Itâs been two years since updates were promised for PSL, international team kits and squads, including Pakistan and New Zealand, too were not updated timely or at all. Even the new IPL models, like CSK, the playfaces still feel bland and underdeveloped.
Itâs not just about bugsâitâs about a pattern. Since 2019, the overall quality and commitment to their games have been on a steady decline. Despite raising multiple support tickets, Iâve seen no meaningful resolution. I understand games can experience bugs, but not to this extent. We get a new half-baked Cricket game rather than a proper update. Is it too hard to bring rain and DLS back in a game? Is it too hard to make it realistic by adding dirt on the kit when the batter dives? Players walk through the ads boards or black screen, is it too hard to fix it? Make it more aesthetic by adding players and coaches in the dugout? We can see their reactions upon a wicket or boundary or winning or losing the match. (This is a mere suggestion: but what if we could add our own music or sound in the stadium through Academy?) Turning the white scorecard to black (which was given after a lot of backlash) doesnât really make a game new. Like the T20 new scorcard, which is beautiful, try adding that too in ODIs or Test, or if not, at least give us option to choose our own scorecards or add them through Academy. Giving more flexibility in the Academy would fix most of the issues. Allow us to edit licensed players too (not asking for their appearance but their stats and roles, or adding new kits to licensed teams as BA doesnât care about updating them).
Either the team does not know how the sports game work or just treating it as another project. Gaming is a passion and those involved in this market give their all, look at the Naughty Dogs, CD Red Projekt, Rockstar, etc. I know these are big names, but even small companies like Ninja Theory and Game Science have set new benchmarks.
With a heavy heart, I say this: I truly hope EA or another major studio steps in to bring competition to this space. Because even in 2025, EA Cricket 2007 still delivers a more complete, immersive experience than any current cricket game. It shouldnât be this way. Donât take this post negatively, but as a fanâs heartful message to his most-loved sports.
We support because we love the sportâbut that support should be met with accountability.

Well did someone experienced this.
I played a match vs PSL 11 and I won by 162 runs on hard difficulty. But in the summary, it showed match lost and low xp and cc. Why? Is it because I put all my fielders to offside and bowled short
when playing pro team, non of the stats are registering on the players. every match they come out to bat, it looks like they are making their debut? will this be fixed?

Objectives are not getting completed I played with complete Indian t20 squad, but it doesnât take it
Iâm still trying to figure out how to sell players. there is no indication on how to sell, so would appreciate it if you can share with me on how to put players on the market.

Objectives Not Getting Completed Even Played with the necessary requirements Please Fix this soon I played a squad with full of bronze players and gold australian T20 and odi players

- A) Quick Sell ( CC )
- B) Put them on Auction for ( PTC )
All you have to do is hit that âManage Cardâ and have that option whether A) or B) selected as per your need.

Objectives are bugged at the minute and wins count as losses online! Enjoying the mode but these things need fixed otherwise thereâs not much point in playing matches

Pro Team Cricket Challenge every single Win is marked as a loss. How is it possible to release something that is so fundamentally broken???
I can only get a Win if the opponent Forfeits, otherwise every single time I win, the match history shows it as a Loss with some random score assigned to both teams. Embarrasing, as if it was never even tested once prior to release.
Is there a plan to fix the objectives any time soon?
