Guys, I don’t know how many times we have to bring this up. We’re paying for the game, paying for items, and paying for contracts—and yet two major bugs still exist that completely ruin the experience.
1.When the ball goes to the boundary, the game gets stuck because the fielder won’t pick it up.
2.When a player takes a review, the game freezes.
Both situations force one player to forfeit the match. This is completely unacceptable. These are game-breaking bugs that should be your top priority—bare minimum fixes—yet they’re still here while attention is being given to other non-critical things (aside from the off-stump issue).
Enough is enough. Fix this please!

Can we have an option to decline matched opponents due to high ping? Lost count how many times I play a game and my opponent disconnects and I get given a loss

Online play definitely needs gameplay improvements too many ways to abuse the system really sucks the fun out of the game. Players just pre mediating every shot playing on arcade and then when they bowl they use whatever is the easier controls and just bowl to one stacked side field. Like are we even playing cricket at this point? I’m sure all of this is going to be taken into account in the next cricket game but man this is rough, if you’re not assuming all the dumb mechanics you’re really at a loss

Yesterday, the first 2 online pro teams games I played, both of them my game crashed mid game after first innings..
30-40 mins wasted for nothing. I keep emphasizing that these bugs need to be the priority right now. They are completely ruining the gameplay.
On the flip side, I played 3-4 games after that which didn’t crash (1 had fielding glitch game got stuck..)
The games that didn’t crash or get glitched were really enjoyable. Please, please look into this.

Tomorrow is the day for new updates and many more. What excites me more is to see the gameplay changes such as: fielding, New diamond or Sapphire packs, sudden errors which really make you hate the game or quit.
I can’t believe still there is not any action taken as a lot of players are complaining the same issues everyday. Players are really enjoying playing Cricket 24 only for “Pro Teams” now.

Seems like cricket 24 pro team has been put on the back burner?
-No new players , game modes , objectives, packs
-Online games have become pointless with people moving across the crease.
-Rewards don’t really make playing the game seem worthwhile
-seems impossible to level up without playing 20 games a day
It takes forever to find a game now so I assume the player base is down significantly. Seems like pro team was a quick cash grab
There was new packs just last week with new players.
There are gameplay changes for online being tested.
Objectives are being added all the time.
Same with challenges.
Leveling up by playing games is only one way to get XP and is meant to be season long not done in a few weeks.
We haven’t even hit the split yet. For just season one.
There are events coming up.

What new players were added? I looked through the auction house and couldn’t find any? Adding special versions of cards for past performances or even cards for players from a certain country on a national holiday.
I think you really need daily objectives or at the very least weekly objectives. Something like 1000xp for scoring 250 runs in a day or 500xp for scoring 100 runs in a day with an English player would make people more engaged to play games and use certain players more.
I know it’s not your fault people abuse the game mechanics but at the moment it is agony logging in, batting for 20 minutes to then watch your opponent step across and flick everything for a boundary. I then get rewarded with like 100xp for 30 minutes of my time.
I just thought there would be things to do and grind because that is essentially the fun of this kind of game mode. The fun is lost when it takes hours to get any objective done and even when you get it done you get a contract pack! I’d rather have more short term focused objectives where I can earn a silver pack or whatever. Then I can maybe use the player I get from that pack to help with an objective the next day.
I appreciate the work that’s gone into the mode and I did enjoy it a lot at the start. If work is being done to make improvements that’s great, it would be good to just let us know.

The auction house is for just players listed, not every player is listed or has been put up.
We are also in season one. We will not be putting everything out in this season as we want to see how it’s played.

I agree with a lot of what you’re saying mate. I’ve lost a bit of interest playing, but I have been playing afl 26 so that’s one reason why. But I feel you with there doesn’t feel like there is much to do and I’m not really interested in playing any online games till the stepping across has been addressed, just isn’t fun to play when it’s like that. With the packs they don’t feel new from the naked eye, they just look like recycled packs that were once emerald packs now gold or vise versa

I am with you buddy. I know you guys are trying, this game has huge potential and I hope you guys make it big!
For now everything aside, top priority should be to fix game crashes(or games getting stuck in between). There are 2-3 glitches which I’ve mentioned alot of times before.

Other than this, dynamic wide rule should be added. I think it’s the only way to stop offside BS because you really can’t stop batsmen from moving, it’s part of the game.
BIG TIP/SUGGESTION that can take pro teams to next level trust me. We guys should be able to play 2v2. We are a group of 5-6 friends who play daily. It would be lovely if all of us could play together in one game. It’s really gonna take the game to the next level.
Something like pro clubs or co-op from FIFA could be considered. I kid you not, it will have a huge impact on the game. Add it to pro teams.
Who are the new players? There’s not much point in adding new players if we don’t know about them or can’t find them.
Well there’s nothing much to say as we know BigAnt guys are trying but nothing has been done yet for the gameplay errors. We are having finals in few days which is totally a surprise for all the players and to be honest we all are now getting upset and frustrated.
Yesterday my friend was playing online challenge and i was watching their match as he was streaming so in between their match was stuck and literally guyz more then 1 hour we were sitting and waiting for him to forfeit match obviously no1 will give the league points easily so i have request guyz please fix this before the finals.

2-- i own 3 cricket title’s in my steam account Ashes cricket 17, cricket 19 and cricket 22 but One Major problem i am facing all the time that is online login 1st time to play the game this is really Frustrating, I request you to remove the online login to your all present cricket titles and upcoming cricket 26 title, IF you targeted indian audience then you need to know all time internet is not available so removed the online login issu. Add full offline gameplay like WORLDS MOST POPULAR SPORTS TITLE LIKE FIFA…

Buddy i am also with you buddy you are great player i have played against you once
So I spend 40 minutes playing this match. He is on 44 after 5.5 overs of standing across the wicket and flicking everything he can down legside, needing a single to win. I bring the field in and manage to bowl him. I get back to the menus and find this, I’ve lost the game despite scoring 10 more runs. What a waste of 40 minutes and what a mess this game is
New update. Only arcade mode mentioned, when infact 5 fielders are now allowed outside circle in pro teams. No one mentions that in patch notes? Lol. Wow. No words.
On top of that, first game I play. I find out 5 fielders outside, I get excited I’ll be honest and it’s really interesting. But then… Game glitches, ball goes to boundary, fielder refuses to pick the ball up. It’s been 15 mins game has been stuck, neither me or my opponent is forfeiting.

We know your team is working hard, and we appreciate that — but with finals just 5 days away, the community is looking for reassurance. Even a small update, a bug fix, or an official note from the devs would help restore confidence.
To help shift attention in a positive direction and bring a fresh challenge, here’s a game feature idea that could truly add balance and excitement:
Introduce Squad Composition Rules for Finals:
Suggested lineup:
– 3 Batsmen
– 1 Wicketkeeper
– 4 Fast Bowlers
– 1 Spinner and 1 All-Rounder
This structure would add more fairness to gameplay — especially in 6-over matches, where using only fast bowlers throughout the innings gives an unfair advantage. Adding this squad requirement would promote variety, strategy, and a more balanced playing field.
Also, please consider introducing a few legend players across each tier. Their inclusion would add excitement and serve as a reward to loyal players heading into the finals.
We love Cricket 24 and believe in its potential. A few timely updates would go a long way in keeping the community engaged and optimistic.
One bounce 4s now being counted as 6s. 6s that hit the ropes being counted as 4s. Fielders standing looking at the ball while batsmen continue to run. I suppose we’ll be waiting another week for a patch for this which was all caused by a patch that helps arcade players even more. Genuinely impressive how it gets worse and worse.
