Played a bit this weekend after the patch on the 17th.
Notes state that wk and fielder reactions have improved.. haven’t seen that.
Still see fieldes waiting for the ball at mid on. Etc.
Also think the catching mini game has been broken with the slips and Ring fielders. Before patch this was triggered now it’s automatic.

Don’t see anything new from the patch on the 17th, if anything gameplay particularly fielding has got worse.. was enjoying before this patch.
Hopefully a new better patch is coming this week along with hopefully some IPL and psl content. 
Definitely having a few issues with fielding myself. I’m on semi-assisted and having a lot of catches coming to me that there is either:
A - No reaction time to actually catch it (There’s a brief flicker of the catching device coming up and then disappearing and then a drop). This is not just with wicketkeeper and slips like it seemed to mostly use to be.
B - Catches where the camera gives completely the wrong viewing angle and you can’t actually catch anything because you can’t see the device (often appears to be mostly off-screen). This is not a quick flicker situation, it seems you have 2-3 seconds where obviously you’re supposed to be moving the reticle to catch, but can’t.
These are not once or twice in a game either. Playing locally with a friend it happened about 2-3 times an innings each, quite result affecting unfortunately! This was over three games, different teams and grounds.
Yes, definitely had those issues since the last patch. The mini game isn’t triggering properly. They had this issue in cricket 24 also.
Also the tap back near the boundary never triggers either,.
This game is so close to being really good but every patch, alters the gameplay too much.
I had the issues with catching mini game in slips and circle before last patch….so much so I stopped playing.
For me, the game is in the best state it’s been. Maybe my difficulty settings, I dunno.
A new issue, I have not seen. I way playing a 4-day match. A low scoring one at that. Bowled them for 173 they got me out for 120.
the issue: AI‘s second inning, got to tea break 2nd day (i thought) when AI was 100/5. After the break I was batting?? I thought, ok AI just f‘d up and declared. Scorecard didnt say declared anywhere not even after the match, while other simmed games will show (dec) beside the score.
Then after the first over of my 2nd innings it seemed they went for tea break?? No idea what happened just a big glitch?
Crazy thing is I still lost by 19 runs 
rWhich brings me to the next issue below.
It feels easier to hit a 6 than a 1. So many edges just trying to play safe. And I dont really want to bring edge possibility down anymore. But perhaps I will, but I would think it would make aggressive shots even easier.
My solution would be a slider for edges off an aggressive shot.
@WickeySticket if you’re difficulty settings are that good can i have the settings cause ive been busting myself just to find a good difficulty setting

Hope so too. What’s cool is Ive been using these settings for all formats and getting decent results. 4-day games vs AI they hit like 2-3 an over. One days were like 4-5 and T20 can be smash fest or not. Perhaps pitch settings play a big factor too not sure.

As for batting view I use from behind the batter stump view (fixed close I believe) with transparent batter and wicketkeeper.
And I use pro controls for both batting and bowling. I used to play cricket 19 without the ball marker. It was great.
the sliders aren’t looking bad tbh but I think the only reason sliders arent at their full potential is because of big ant like there is just something with the sliders that doesnt make the gameplay dynamic if you know what I mean
Are we expecting a patch with the updated IPL rosters and face scans? Also the game feels a bit broken after the previous patch, even though they are just small errors and minor fixes to be made.

it is a bit expensive right now but you have to remember that bigant cant change the prices they can only recommend im pretty sure
Even after the new update of indian league t20 content, pbks batting and keeping pads and also the helmet colour are still wrong as new colour is red not the old golden, please update this
The fielding is so bad now. Guys diving around not stopping anything, every ball. I pumped up AI fielding skills to 100, nothing maybe little improvement. It’s pretty bad, yikes. I hope it has something to do with me being in the middle of a multi-day game already…
