Does the career mode have the World Test Championship?
I played for about an hour after dl, let me say firstly….this is the best game release, and the best game thus far by a long way. I’ll start with the subtle things that already makes it so enjoyable: 1. The fielder response is amazing. 2. The AI response to taking a quick single is amazing. 3. The way the ball comes off the bat is so realistic - Zak Crawley defended a ball from Scott Boland to deep cover and ran two. 4. The improved cut screens amazing. 5. The mechanics of the players just seems smoother and more authentic 6. Naturally you guys did an amazing job with the increased bowling actions and batting animations. 7. I’ve only played about 25 overs of a test match but I’ve seen some new slides and animations in the field. My only general concern, and I don’t know if it’s my television or if i can adjust graphics somehow, but I saved the gameplay and when i went to my media gallery, compared to Cricket 24, it doesn’t look as clean, I’ll look at other videos online, but the game doesn’t seem to have the same sharp resolution as Cricket 24. Again it might be something I’m doing or not doing, but in terms of that high definition (4k) look, that was absent when i was playing and when i cmpared what I’d recorded.
@MattW @RossSymons What happened to the patchy grass look for subcontinental stadiums that was in there the prebuild version video ..it looked so cool..it is back to normal mowed grass

Another thing I noticed is that they’ve removed the option to bowl wide of the stumps, previously there were three options in terms of bowling angles - now it’s only 2. What i’ll also say is you’ve done a great job with the new batting animations and bowling actions, yet the licensed players are limited to the original batting animations 1-5. And alot of the licensed bowlers especially from australia and england have the classic 1 bowling option which is the generic bowling action from Don Bradman days, if you’ve invested so much time and effort in these new amazing actions, why not have the licensed players utlizing them. If not allow us the players to edit the styles of the licensed players who don’t have their unique bowling actions, it’s taking away from the immersiveness of the game. In Cricket 24, what saved us is that the community was able to provide customed editable licensed players - hopefully that can happen again in cricket 26
@MattW @RossSymons can you guys have injury mechanics in the game like you have in your other titles? Apart from that few can play a major role in subcontinental stadiums…

Is anyone else getting really blurry and unclear gameplay in Cricket 26? Menus and cutscenes look great, but once the match starts everything looks grainy and fuzzy. The overall image quality just doesn’t look right. Players, names on shirts, ad boards, even the pitch all appear very unclear and not sharp. Visually the gameplay just doesn’t look right. (I’m on PS5)
I’ve already sent a support ticket, but it’d help if others experiencing this do the same so the issue gets more attention.

Also PS5 gameplay during night matches or during overcast conditions is kinda laggy so really appreciate the patch fix for that

Rain Dls is not working properly. It doesn’t even look like rain; you just jump straight to the DL method. Try to make it a bit more realistic

I’m experiencing it. Saw some guys on youtube saying the same thing, PS5 resolution seems to be off. I wasn’t even aware you could raise a ticket.
Cricket 26 is awesome. Just 1 change Please make advanced shots control a bit more easy like a single button and direction for advanced shots. Now it’s almost impossible to play advanced shots and I have not seen anyone playing advanced shots due to hard controls. As a player of cricket games since DBC 14 I would love to play advanced shots. Just fix the controls make it a bit easy we will figure everything else out. Now just Al plays advanced shots not any player. Kindly consider this.
I am, playing on. Rog Ally X. The cut scenes look decent, but the main game is grainy and running at low 20s FPS. Guess I’m going to have to turn some graphical features down?
@MattW @RossSymons effect of wind seems good in the game, can you have dew factor in the game as well, it could just be done with few slider settings , during night time in subcontinental stadiums when there is dew, decrease grip off the pitch thereby turning the ball less and make the ball swing less. If possible you can add cut scene of players trying to dry the ball and add a few lines of commentary regarding dew. It is one of the most important factors effecting the game, kindly have it in the game

Anyone else finding the advanced shots animate really slowly/late Vs spin? Almost got to to play it as soon as the ball is released, much earlier than standard shots.
Yes. Facing a similar issue on PS4. Makes it really difficult to play the game with blurry gameplay.
Anyone found Damien Fleming comms yet? Comms in general needs work, so many ‘hes hit that well’ and it’s then caught on the boundary
