Yeah same issue .I guess restore option doesn’t work even I tried but his playface was still showing same even the archetype I had changed didn’t reverted back to original finnese one. Don’t know when will they add latest ipl face scans.

if vaibhav’s and mcconhie’s face has came it means rest of unlicensed playfaces of PSL & IPL are also in line for future patches as Ross previously said it takes 5-6 days to make 1 face, fingers crossed

Guys can the ai superhuman catching at short leg and cover be looked at. Have seen perfectly timed slogs to the leg side being caught with one hand off short leg lol. Other grump is ai ball doesnt wear when ai are bowling. Would be great if these issues would be considered in a patch. Cheers

this please. and also ideally timed cuts and drives, being gobbled up by close fielders.

Can we do something about the batting and bowling selection UI card after the toss? It is hard to tell what am I selecting. It s very confusing and I end up choosing the incorrect option.

Hi, I created a custom PlayFace (Playface Template) for Big Ants Cricket 26 Career Mode using Photoshop. I saved the image as JPG format, resolution 1024x1024, and kept the file size under 196 KB as required.However, when I try to upload it to my player in Career Mode, the game shows the error: "Failed to load custom face."Could you please let me know what I might be doing wrong? Is there any specific requirement regarding color mode, JPG settings, file naming, progressive/baseline JPG, or folder location that I should follow?Thank you.

Do you guys also find underarm throw in this game has unrealistic power on it. And the fact that it hits the stumps everytime just adds to the misery and becomes annoying.

Another issue is that defensive shot being overpowered when AI plays it. Ball just flies towards the boundary. I have shot forces for all shots at 30 in test cricket but still no change.

Am I missing something because I have not seen a single run out except that overpowered underarm throw. But other than that not a single run out dismissal. I can understand run outs are rare but to remove them completely is not a solution. I guess the reason there is no run outs happening because they have made AI running quite sluggish. AI batters keeps coming half way down the pitch and keep cancelling doubles. Maybe that’s the reason.

Why are fielders on boundary reacting so late when ball cross the 30 yard circle, they just stand there like statues, react & start chasing when the ball has almost reached the boundary, why does every update breaks at least one aspect of fielding, slip catching is still not fully fixed

This licensed Sooryavanshi looks great but wow, what a joke on the ratings. Kid is breaking records left right and centre and hit almost double the number of 6s in IPL than the 2nd place 6 hitter and Big Ant rate him a 70? 67 batting Technique, 74 Front foot 72 Back foot… come on.

And why people (and big ant) keep spelling his name Suryavanshi is beyond me.

It would be so amazing, if we could add more tournaments like Asia Cup, Champions Trophy, etc. into the Career Mode. Because only international type tournaments currently is just T20 and ODI WC. I would love more frequent tournaments like that. Career Mode needs more update and improvement ngl.

rain affected t20: powerplays are now done by the number of balls in IRL, since August 2025. Not sure if BA can do this but example.

Rain shortens both sides to a 15 over aside game.

Thats 90 balls a side. Powerplay is 30% of the game so we go 90 X 0.3 gives us 27. 27/6 is 4.5 or 4.3 overs. Yes powerplay now ends mid over.

As long as it’s the same for each side doesn’t matter. But this really comes into effect when there’s two delays and the 2nd innings gets shortened again.

Spinners got Ai wickets frequently. Always got inside edges to slip or keeper.

Because of this all wickets are gone. Always Ai batsman all out under 150

I would suggest Submit a ticket for this issue and attach these screenshots. And mention about the collapse that you are seeing. Because according to your sliders there should not be a collapse like this. There are so many flaws in this game that you can’t point out exactly what is causing this collapse.

Hope they fix fielding in the next update on the priority basis.

Bro Cricket 24 had this overpowered spinner issues. I got Ai all out below 100 runs using spinners. Always Ai batsman try to hit drive and edges to slip or keeper. Always Same type of wickets. now its occured in c26. Any sliders to sort out this isssues

Started another Rookie career a week ago. Got promoted to my county team (Essex) Now going into the last few first class matches and a couple of 50 over matches before the playoffs. Havnt been select for T20 as it’s over before getting promoted.

Anyhow… I was noticing that in 50 over matches. The Ai teams I’ve played would only lose 5 wickets at the very most and the teams always score 280-320. So checked the batting leader boards and found the top ten batsmen are all average over 100 with 150ish strike rates. The next dozen or so batsmen behind them are all averaging 50-100. All have played 6 matches. :man_shrugging:t2:

Even when Essex win a toss in all formats my captain chooses the worst option. When Ai wins toss it always chooses the best. I don’t come into bat until 6-7 depending on the games mood, If Essex bat first. Im coming into bat with the team score under 50 for 5-6. If I try and play patiently to build a score. My other Ai team mates lose their wickets in short order, or they will get a 1 run of the 5-6 ball in a lot of overs stopping me getting on strike. So I have to not only play super aggressive but also make seriously risky runs to keep the strike. With Ai ring fielders superman like reactions. Run outs are frequent. Or if by some miracle I keep my Ai partners of strike for a few overs As soon as they face a ball they are gone.

Then if Ai bat first they post a huge score. My Ai teammates then decide to not get out cheaply but never maintain a decent run rate. And all lose their wickets scoring less than a run a ball. So I get to the wicket in last 20 overs. With team well below the required run rate and knowing it’s all on me.

Bizarrely most the shots I play along the ground don’t get past the ring field. So I have to go aerial and more often than not they go for 6. So I find myself bemused. That I can only run quick singles and at end of my innings I have at least twice as many 6s as I do 4s.

Most 6s coming from leg spinners that constantly pitch the ball full on middle and leg. But only put fielders on the boundary infront or square of wicket So aggressive leg glance or slog sweep every time. Normally get 4-5 boundaries of every one of their overs. occasionally get or four but for mostly 6 every time. It was fun at first now it’s frustrating.

400 hours I’ve put oin this game. Mainly playing single player career. (I like to start new careers and try different bat and bowling archetypes) but every week a new patch that’s ment to be make balancing improvements. Is making the game worse. I’m sure the balancing changes made to the Ai. Only effects the teams I’m playing against. Without balancing the Ai players on the human team. Only option is to play as team instead of just my player, But that will take to long.

Don’t know if you guys have noticed this thing or not. If you change Pace max and Pace min speed there is significant change in the spinner bowling speed. This same thing was there in Cricket 24 also. I never understood what is the link between these two.

For Example - I keep Pace min speed- 60 and Pace max -80. I get better variations in terms of slower balls. Fast pacers feels quick but in doing so spinners start bowling quite slow. At default values spinners bowling speed goes max somewhere around 97kmph if I am not wrong. But when I change Pace min and max values they start bowling around 78kph and max speed which I have seen them bowl is around 82kmph. There is a lot difference in their bowling speed.

According to me pace speed and spinners speed should be separate. But don’t know how it really works in this game.

Is there any way to fix this. I don’t know if anyone has raised ticket for this issue. I even tried by increasing bowling speed attribute individually for spinner to 90 but still no change. They just can’t bowl above 90s if you increase Pace max speed above 50.

I can’t reset Sooryavanshi to the base model. I can’t delete or unlink the old one I downloaded before bigant put him, just restore or share options, but restore does nothing.

If you go to settings - repair academy - players.

Should fix it…make sure it’s Repair NOT Replace
