Early Access 5 (EA5)

Latest patch seemed to increase stability, had 2 full game on 10 minute halves and 2 full game on 15 minute halves and no crashes. Well done, on that front passing , grubbers, coming along nicely. The games over all feel is getting better and better. Sidesteps, shoulder barge, and stiff arms working better, you can also dummy. The only core gameplay that seems to need a good upgrade is the rucks. Was told to be patient, so I am thinking something is in the works. Maybe to late, but would be nice to have the option of up to 5 players joining in extreme circumstances. Again this adds a greater risk vs reward system. Limiting to 3 brings back bad memories when rugby challenge 4 had a fairly good system were you could add up to 5 players initially and then they patched to 3 limit in the ruck, which felt like they were dumbing down the rucks. For that reason I still will play rugby challenge 3 over Rugby challenge 4. More control in the rucks, really brings the simulation part of rugby out of the game. The Jackle in rugby challenge series works fairly well and at a good pace. The best attributes of Rugby 22 and Rugby challenge 3 rucks would be great. I think the best rucking system has yet to be designed. Rugby 25 has some of the coolest clear-out animations I’ve seen in rugby games, just needs more variety of them and more control over them, and who knows, maybe Rugby 25 could end up having the best rucking system to date.
And agree, with the post above about the Spanish, I to am Argentinian and the Spanish is of some, but will let it slide if the rucks are done correctly
