What is the best way to improve the overall rating score of a player? For example, what’s the best way to raise the skill level of junior/inexperienced players? I’ve not noticed any difference from opening round to winning GF on any of my players.
The best way is to play them is as much matches. The more match time the better for their overall score. That’s what I personally do for my new/unexperienced players in management mode. 
I’ve tried that but haven’t noticed any improvement. My ruckman isn’t getting any better. Will keep at it. Thanks
