Did you raise a ticket to big Ant regarding this. Then only they do something otherwise they won’t.
I use a PS4 and have faced this issue as well. I’m not entirely sure, but whenever you download something from the community, you usually get an option to either replace the current version or keep it. Always choose not to replace anything. Since I started doing that, I haven’t encountered this issue again. It might help you too, so it’s worth a try!
