Low frame rate issue

Hi all.
Struggling to get my graphic settings right. I’ve got a high end PC however my frame rate is really slow.
It did run very smoothly for a while but after an update the low frame rate issue began.
Anyone have any suggestions or ideas I could try to solve this issue?

Low frame rate issues are frustrating and can ruin your gaming experience. Low frame rate is the frequency at which images appear on a display. To resolve this issue you can change the graphics preference for each app in Windows 10 to make sure it uses the dedicated graphics card instead of the integrated one.
