"Main Characters" of Cricket 26

Let’s say I’m your friend from Romania who has no knowledge of cricket history or even today’s real world context, but I got this game on a whim during a Steam sale and got pretty decent.

Who would be the top 3 most INTERESTING players to start a career mode with, and the top 3 most INTERESTING teams to start a management career with? And why? The lore/responses will help me choose.

(My real interest is hearing how my fellow players think about this game haha, lets give each other ideas)

I just usually play as my own player. I only ppay as a “star player” when i want to try out tge game at the start.

In manager mode i would mostly play as a team i like or think needs a rebuild.

If your looking for ideas my answer would be more around what bought you to cricket. What intrests you, T20, or Tests/First Class and go from there. If you want you could just replace a team with the romania national team for your player career
