Game is a disaster now after loving it before as nearly all players are doing topspin only with no baseline slices at all along with players like Alcaraz and Djokovic not doing dropshots or variety at all,we only wanted the forehand slice restricted not take it out all together. now the game is all the same and boring.

I totally agree. What the hell did you do with almost perfect tennis experience?! Now it’s so repetitive witihout shots variety and any challenging difficulty. Please give us the previous state back with proper fixes. Something is broken now. @MikeM

Yes i was shattered after this update. I may be able to help you with Custom a little until a fix. If you have this new slider lower down Custom AI difficulty the higher the difficulty there will be no slices and if you have it on default easiest it is nearly all slices and dropshots. So put it on EASY then have AI stroke reaction on Legendary and serve reaction Expert or Legendary. I use World Tour Movement so i have the AI movement assist on 61 same for player and AI and Player speed on 40 with 5 for unforced and forced errors and comfort threshold 28. After playing against cpu Alcaraz as the match progresses he will slice and did some dropshots but what a process to go through. Then Xfactor lets me know 2024 Djokovic does not slice much if at all but if you use a young variant he is Balanced playstyle,balanced seem to use the slice but again unless i used those settings all cpu players were all doing the same just topspin with no variety at all. Have not seen double faults and default difficulties were only a little better. Previous update i had custom Hard with good set up and won matches and lost also but that can be thrown out the window now.
Thank you for your deep explanation! I use more hardcore sliders with assistent movement 0 and comfort treshold on 99 but I’m going to try change this Custom AI difficulty. Until now I’ve used just legendary but it’s really bad with no slices, no dropshops and no flat shots. AI just plays top spins from side to side. Really boring. Anyway, I don’t understand that Custom Difficulty slider at all.

i m trying: me sinner v medvedev, 50 more rallies, game is completely unrealistic now, any tips to reduce them hoping a sudden fix ?
For now just try close to my settings i have above until there is a fix,if you have the Custom AI difficulty lower down on the list any higher than easy the topspin,flat shots increase with no slices,it has to be EASY but have your STROKE REACTION for AI on Legendary to balance it out. Yes it is all ridiculous as i had a near perfect set up just playing custom Hard settings and all we wanted was slices mainly forehand slices decreased not come close to removing them along with dropshots which i now have back a little with my above settings.

Yes, maybe I will write a ticket tomorrow since I don’t know if this major issue is discussed somewhere else. I mean especially Discord.

It is all over Discord don’t worry. I have been told that even on higher difficulties if we let the matches play out longer slices and other shots will come into the match and that was CPU Alcaraz according to F1TOMCATS in a 4 set match.

Go over to Discord and read my comments along with F1TOMCAT, we have not let matches play out long enough. I had Custom AI difficulty on Expert and AI reaction speed on Hard and Alcaraz after 7 points did 3 slices and 2 dropshots,Djokovic 2024 after 4 games did 2 dropshots out of nowhere,i had not finished the first set and he did 1 slice but from what F1TOMCAT says the longer into the match more variety will come into play and playstyle is not stopping slice and dropshots just nowhere as frequent. So players need to play out matches fully before jumping to conclusions which i may have did yesterday.
