I don’t think JNT being extra active in here has ever correlated to us getting any news unfortunately. Probably just has a spare 5 mins here and there

IMO I don’t think we get anything until 2 weeks out from release where it all starts to get drip fed to us

Seriously though, I used to love that forum. Plenty of good discussion, bit of banter, a portion of stuff made up, watching people fall for it was always fun!

Unfortunately it’s just turned into a bunch of bitter people, still bent out of shape from something that went down 2 years ago. There’s no meaningful discussion at all about the game, a lot of people are on a mission to have a gotcha moment, nearly everything is made up now and the very behaviour they ‘claim’ happened to them, they are exhibiting at extreme levels.

It’s probably why most of us are now happy to post here :man_shrugging:t2:

Agree.

While i think BA (or any developer) should always gird their loins and listen to their most bitter customer to understand the points of grievance, the lack of acceptance and willingness to move on has pretty much killed what was once a vibrant forum.

AFL 26 will have some drama attached irrespective of how good it is. But may be just maybe the one after will finally get some clear air.
