Donā€™t mean to be overly cynical but it seems as though the lack of promotion & information around AFL26 this close to release is so more people keep investing in PT in the current game for as long as possible.

No doubt we will, not sure on the time frame though!

Iā€™m keeping everything crossed for a tuesday or wednesday visit next week simply because I already have those 2 days off so it makes it easier to navigate.

The lack of promotion is more likely because the last gameā€™s launch was PR disaster. Any efforts to hype people up before launch will backfire on them like it did the last game.

If you follow the release of most of their games, it mostly happens from 2 weeks out.

Just had the thought that maybe we wouldnā€™t need to build a nuclear reactor if BA released a menu screenshot with ā€˜unlock for 5000 PTCā€™ next to each item. The peace de resistance would be a gameplay screenshot with the message ā€˜You are about to lose. Extend the match for 2000 PTC or purchase additional goals for 5000 PTC eachā€™.
