Letās say your controlling the AFL and the state league team in management mode, will the players not playing in the AFL filter into the state league side when you play?
Also, in the inbox, will you get an email saying who your standout reserves players were if you arenāt controlling the reserves side.

Like, if I could say āleave itā in contested play, and somehow just have it happen for a clean kickā¦ and also have control of the speed that it turns around, that would be awesome.

This looks like exactly what I was hoping for. The in-depth management mode will add a lot of replayability to this game and looks to be well thought out.
I wasnāt expecting any graphics upgrades, but the game looks to have gone up a level in this area and looks amazing.
My only little nitpick from watching Michaelsā video ā a couple of the Richmond playersā names have been pronounced wrong.
Jasper Alger is pronounced Al-jer, not Al-jear.
Mykelti Lefau is pronounced Le-fow (as in owl), not Le-foe ā I think this one is left over from AFL23.

I see all the improvements I canāt wait. People hating either havenāt played 23 or have a lack of perception of difference. Although can we please get a brand new score board like channel 7 or something completely different eventually. Itās slightly different but I think it got worse. Other then that I cannot wait

itās genuinely scary how many just refuse to accept itās progressed and better than 23.
Some people are basically way too committed to their view that they arenāt willing to look at things without bias cause they are scared they will actually like it and have to change their tune.
Plenty of things will always be open for debate or if they are liked or not.
But anyone trying to say the graphics are PS2 or that nothing has been added to the game just have blinkers on.

But gameplay almost seems to be the same apart from the new mechanics, just looks like the AI players just run anywhere and some have clunky animations or no movement at all.

You are right, some will always be critical. The game will be released soon enough and they can make a judgement then. Saying that if I bring out the old/odd yardstick of FIFA or 2K, those games have very small amountgs of change year on year.

@Pink_Panters did you manage to see any weather effects? Hoping the rain looks a bit better than AFL 23. Keen for management mode , so good injuries are included this time

Itās hard to judge as the difficulty was low. It changed substantially in the last game when that increased
exactly this. people act like no other game in the world that releases year on year make minor improvements as well.
FIFA went 3 - 4 years with no real major update or change to the game, as has NBA2K at times.
Incremental progress is still good progress!
