Probably for when they roll into work and make sure the launch runs smoothly
Really wish goals on the run were simple like nba 2k. As long as you press the shoot button it will have a shot and factor in pressure, angle and players skill.. I find AFL games are so fast pace that having to check a bar make the game too difficult for casual players.
I’m sure you’ll survive what, a whole 8 hours?

Will you be able to swap teams during management mode??
Twisties game play gives a much better look at gameplay than mine, good result that we had game modes with mine, more game play with him!

That was actually the producer talking and QA was just playing against him. But all of them are of the same mind on that aspect.

Looking very decent and as PP said, his video showcased the career modes well and Twisties gameplay was awesome, great to see player v player.
@JNT_BA I’m just wondering whether there may be some future consideration to change the goal kicking on the run? Especially with the set shots becoming harder, we’re going to see human players play on and take the easier option (in player v player and online). I think the new set shots are a great initiative and addition, I’d just hate to see it get neglected in favour of the easier option of playing on and having a shot on the run.

@JNT_BA Any modes going to be playable while offline? Thinking of SteamDeck usage while offline.
2 things I’m very curious about is:
- Will there be suspensions
- How much more detail has been added to the offseason for management mode. Trades, draft, preseason etc. Judging by the level of detail we’ve seen so far I think we’re in for a few surprises

Is there any camera that can player lock for player career?? When Twistie uses the end to end camera his player runs off-screen when he doesn’t have the ball.
Player lock camera was in AFL evo 2
Would be cool if we could pre set tactics and scroll through them with the d pad during the game instead of pausing and interrupting the flow of play. Potential to create live chess matches as the game goes on and add to the “flow” of each match.
Could also have a cutscene of a coach putting the big signs up after a live tactics change

Can anyone confirm if Luke beveridge actually gets a feature in afl 26 
. Playing as doggies always made me laugh when at quarter time it was a stock standard coach
Any info on effort put into drafting? Hope they’ve put some thought in to player types and don’t have an 180cm Ruckman as the #1 pick
