Pro team servers are killing this for me. Won 6-8 games and it said I lost 5. Don’t get any rewards. Crazy and needs fixing man . Also can’t get match ups

Just went to open packs and why am I getting internal error and can’t even open the pack yet it takes my points away honestly wth packed havilli just for the game to not give him to me due to internal error

Lol I packed a 84 green card from warriors, I got so hyped and then it took my coins and gave error codes, not sure if I actually got that player. Can’t even play proteam now and keep in mind, I spent $120+$23 on the coins to open packs, it just took like 20 bucks worth of coins and then error coded me. Please don’t tell me this won’t be reimbursed, plus, I really like the feel of the pro team for the brief fleeting moments I got with it so please fix it because I legit will have so much fun.

If you got scammed out of a pack, definitely lodge a ticket with big ant support. Hopefully they can fix it up.
The servers are awful at the moment, it’s quite frustrating trying to rank up my xp (don’t want to pay for packs) than realising I didn’t get any after completing the match.

It didn’t start well, glitching in and out with internal errors every second button press then I picked my 2 anchors and added them to my team pressed back and it reset my picks. Then I got stuck with my anchors called as duplicates so I had to reset the game to try again and the same thing happened when I tried again. Now I just get bugged out to the store tab so just reset the console and won’t touch that again.

I figured out if you go to pack inventory the packs you brought are in there with the players that you already packed so if anyone got emeralds and the game crashed they should be in there hopefully this helps! Also how long is the server maintenance?

if you’re opening packs with an error and it takes your coins,
check the “my cards” tab - all the packs you opened with errors should all be there. (still not good enough tho, shouldn’t have to be a damn hassle. so many bugs & errors)
we should be refunded for our coins! we spent money on coins for a pro team mode that can’t even be played atm? smh.

Not sure it’s an ‘issue’ but probably not worth a new thread. Is there any way to start a new pro team? Before bed last night I clicked on it just to see what it looked like, picked a team at random and now I can’t work out how to delete that team and start fresh.
Is pro team just for the men’s leagues or is the NRLW & Women’s super league included? When the game actually works like
