I noticed that if a player gets injured it changes all the injured players in your squad to the same injury and they are always out for the same duration. Another issue, if you have a player that got carded and not on the field when a scrum or lineout takes place the game crash. (Mostly forwards, but it also happened with a few backline players being the main goal kicker)
