The problem is not 3 or 5 in the ruck, it’s player positioning and just like in real rugby, the availability to put 5 in the ruck ( be it the rare occasion) should be in there. No one is playing the game superior, but at the same time I am sure many don’t realize you don’t have to add 4-5 you can and should only add 1-3 depending on the situation, you have to make the decision when to add 1-5 . By making it only 3 in the ruck you are taken out my option to put occasionally t4-5 in the ruck, by making up to 5 in the ruck means you can continue to put only 3 in the ruck anyways, just resist the urge to press the bind button 1-2 more times.
Other wise maybe they can create the option to do 3 or 5 man rucks, I continue to be of the opinion that ruck management is a huge part of rugby, and up to 5 you have to manage this, with only 3 it is almost like automatic rucks and this part of Rugby should not be simplified. Will have to agree to disagree and to each there own.
The tap 1-5 bind for me, works fairly well. What would be nice is tap x for the steal/jackle and hold down x for counter ruck pushover. If you can get the animation to coordinate well with the right situation , could be a winner. But thanks again for possibility and control of putting up to 5 in the ruck , just needs some work to implement it correctly.
Now you guys are talking about rucks, what does exactly the bar next to the rucks do? It seems to fill in blue or yellow, and one would think it tells how the ruck is going to turn out but I can’t see it following any logic.
I can’t remember it being discussed here either.

Im so confused with the whole held up stuff. A few months ago you could get tackled over the line and sometimes you would place the ball down. Its almost as though its been taken out
You’re going to have an epic time mate. If there’s one thing you might actually enjoy, try bump offs with a bit of momentum up instead of fends and offloads. Was actually alright.
Go on, post the pointless one. Just to see what happens.
