Hi @JNT_BA is there anything you can share/show on the new ruck system. Appreciate you are still working on it but would be great to understand if this is a complete overhaul or changes to the current system to make it play out better?

I donāt think so.
I could be wrong but Iām sure you said that the following will be in:
- Broadcast cam
- New ruck system
- AI Plays - not set plays
Then maybe some improvements with power adjustments to kicking, support runners and some bug fixes this could be a great patch.

@Plaasvark I read JNTs comment above as rucks not being included for this one. Really hoping Iām wrong as thatās the element that I think is priority. Nail that and then build the game up from there

Thats a hard one to answer. In terms of a visual change they will look the same. Like its not like an animation thing. Itās more a functionality thing. So its yes but also no.

I agree, rucks need to be one of the main top priorities, its a crucial part of union which is not working in the game.
Honestly all the patches since āfull releaseā has been lite in features.

Ah my bad read it wrong.
Well given itās such an important part of rugby union I would rather let them take their time and get it right
Who knows myabe it can go in with womanās World Cup and we donāt have to wait another 3 weeks. Thatās if the womanās World Cup issues has been resolved by then.

I agree with you but sadly this will not happen. @JNT_BA is pretty firm itās not going to happen and we have asked this for a few months now. Itās like beating a dead horse.
We all hoped that 3 week patches will produce massive improvements but that is not the case either.
Still I am optimistic though. Fixing (redesigning) the rucks , AI plays are big part of rugby and to get that right first do take time I guess
@JNT_BA Fair enough. To revise my question and be very specific can you share anything on this functionality change?
Im just going to delete any comment from now one asking for weekly patches. It literally makes no sense. āThree weeks are liteā so you want 1/3 every week?

Yeah. Iāll put out and empty patch every week with an addedā¦ hmmm. Iāll change some random values on the conversion kicking zones.

Anyway guys JNT does what he can. If he could he would release more often.
We wait since 2 years, one week or three weeks is now basically the same tbh at this rate. Go outside, play chess and play real rugby. That said, quand patch?
